Even though they had a new owner for the past 3 years, he agreed to fix a blend mark on my back bumper, and in return I promised to give him my business for this accident. Unfortunately, after my car was deemed a total loss and sat there for 3 weeks, that shop made $3,000 in storage fees from the insurance. At that point, it felt like the owner was less interested in actually helping me and more focused on the money he'd already made. Things only got worse when my car was accidentally placed in Copart's possession, which delayed the release another 4 days. By the time I finally had my car back, I was frustrated and drained from the whole process. That's when I found Royal Road Collision -- and everything changed.
