I sent a message through Yelp yesterday on 9/20/24 asking what time they open the following day (9/21/24) because Yelp shows they open at 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays and on their website, it shows they open at 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays. I was told they open at 8:00 a.m. by the owner. I showed up this morning at 7:50 a.m., and at 9:00 a.m. I called, and there was no answer. I called again at 9:51 a.m. and was sent to voicemail, which was followed by a text asking if he could call me back (see photos for that conversation). I responded to that text that i just need to know what tome they open, and no response. I ended up leaving at 10:15 a.m. after waiting over 2 hours in their parking lot. This man still has not responded to my text message nor has he returned my call. It's now 11:15 a.m. and still no response. This is the MOST AMAZING Auto Body Shop. I had someone Slam their Door into my Truck in Petco parking lot while I waited to get into my truck. I spent alot of $ for it from a BMW dealership in San Diego. Their Ins. is linked to AARP. That Ins. tried to get me to fix it at their shop which was indifferent. I found out I could take it anywhere. Just needed their estimate. Of course it was lower & they said it's 10 yrs. old when it's Basically brand new & was kept in a garage. He also told me I should have it polished as I had taken it to a Pricey Car Wash on Barton just 1 time but it had left Swirl Marks which stood out in the Sunlight. Haze was Finished & ready for me to pick it up Monday but the Ins. still had Not paid him. I called several times too leaving msgs etc. My Truck is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS & STUNNING Now!
