We walked in and were greeted by a friendly storekeeper. :) She was the owners adult daughter and an artist vendor there. She was so sweet and friendly and helpful. They have Plus Size Women's Clothes, which is always a joy for me! :) I ended up buying a pair of LIKE NEW pants and an adorable shirt....for $12...one of my items was 75% off. I feel like it was destiny. Then we just looked at all the tid-bits of goodness, all around. Car fresheners, hand-embroidered items, unique knitted earrings and so much more! I found AK Cell repair open- working in a cold office - after only recently getting power back to there shop as much of the valley is still without electrical power. I walked in with a dead phone- and out with one that was alive and functioning. They offer practical, price conscious solutions and options other then "you need a new phone" which is often the big box store solution. Prior to going over there in the windstorm I called to see if they would even be open at a time when many businesses are closed due to the weather. Their reply, "We will be here, as long as the power stays on." With out reservation I reccomend them to care for your phone which may have sustained trauma and may be on lifesupport at a time when you don't need an expensive new phone to pay for becuase your are trying to figure out how to pay for the repair to your roof that is flying down the street, or how to pay to get your pipes thawed out. wife's i8 phone got wet, did the rice trick BUT then the charger cable wouldn't connect easily…read more. didn't force.. used magnify glass & bright light looking for rice ( we didn't see anything) first guys we called - talked to Ethan .. i briefed him on the events .. said to come on down .. we're north in Houston.. he found some tiny pieces of rice we didn't see .. he removed them .. system test right there at counter !! good to go !! His personal attention coupled with great business ethics was OUTSTANDING!! our go to business up here in Alaska !! thank you again Ethan !!

So I heard the ad on the radio earlier, just before I saw the sign for oreilly auto parts on…read moreMuldoon, and pulled in due to my wiper being inefficient. The young man there was so very helpful and showed me which blade I needed and even how to replace it. He said I should keep the original for emergencies. I went on my way out of town and my ABS light came on so I stopped at the Tesoro near the Palmer oreillys and the young lady there said that I should check with so and so at oreillys next door if I was unsure about needing brake fluid because I had been lingering at the auto stuff awhile looking confused. I did go next door and the guy was just like my own dad and checked and made sure everything was up to par and put the fluid in even tho he said I probably didn't need it, and explained ABS to me... he went out of his way to be helpful, once I said I was traveling to Tok alone. I truly appreciate customer service like this because it's very rare. If you need anything auto related, and are unsure about what you are in need of or how it affects your vehicle, or even if ur knowledgeable, Go to oreillys auto parts. They treat you like they value your patronage.

Yesterday, (I am here... A LOT) An older woman came in, and the staff went out of their way to be sure her vehicle was safe for her ride to Fairbanks (6+ hour drive) The store is smaller than some, but perfectly suiting for our small community. They have never had an issue getting what I needed, and even having to get some.in from Seattle, I still get many things the next day. My store of choice :-D

My favorite was the tiny plants in the painted pots, tiny like the size of a quarter. Very cute! The staff was so friendly and the store was full of amazing plants. I wish I lived near this place so I could get a few plants for my house. On top of cool plants, they offer drinks. Coffee and infused drinks like Lavender London Fog. Space, staff, prices, and selection all seemed top notch! Highly recommend!
