My tenant contacted them for a clog , they said it cleared and charged $250 , they pulled mud on…read morethe line so assumed a leak under slab, they cut floor and repaired iron line , I was attempting to contact the tenant to go in and view the work before paying, I was able to enter today to find that there is still a leak, they did not take pictures of the leak or the work done , I do not know if they even did the work. My tenant said when he told them the leak was still active the plumber refused to come back and look at it. I will pay the bill As opposed to filing a claim against them , I would advise to proceed with caution if doing business with this company.

I was thrilled today when Robert came out to replace our hot water heater! It had just started leaking yesterday and he was here at 8:00AM today. To say he is a perfectionist would not do him justice. He is also professional and "really" cleans up after himself. He did another job as well, and when he left there was no sign of anyone being here other than a wonderfully installed water heater and a new main water valve. And everything was installed perfect! Apparently you didn't understand what the problem was, used unnecessary parts and spent a long time "repairing" it. Minor repairs to two toilets were acceptable. You returned to problem solve and fix it, though it was still leaking when you left. Again you said that it was suppose to be that way. After researching we found the fixture that we have, on line at Lowe's. It also had diagrams on parts and how to install it and replacement parts. We sent this information to you. You returned a third time and, after the information we sent you, had it repaired in a very short time. After the first visit you charged us $590 and had to return twice, after WE figured out what the problem was. The stopper is still not like the one in the other sink. We feel that parts and labor on the first visit would have been unnecessary if you had had the correct parts. We have never had repair service that was this unsatisfactory.
