I've been using Oak Grove to take care of my lawn for the past 3 years and have never once…read moreencountered an issue. These guys are reliable and always show up to cut the yard right when I need them to. The owner Chris is great about giving me the occasional update too on things I can do personally to help my yard, it's never an up sell, just a little professional advice which I greatly appreciate. Would recommend to anyone I know.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!…read more I hired this guy and his crew to come out and extend my driveway with flagstone as well as build up my flowerbed and add plants. Prior to him coming out I sent him several pictures of the flagstone I wanted. The pictures showed level and symmetrical flagstone which he assured he could do. Huge mistake. His crew comes out and does the worst most unprofessional job I've ever seen. The cement is cracked and chipping off. (Excuse I'm told is that it must have gotten wet.) There are pieces of flagstone that are raised out of ground more than an inch. There was an area dug of dirt where they planned on going out further with flagstone but it's clear they ran out of material and stated later that it was supposed to look like that. Not level at all. In laws and friends have already tripped over it badly. There is too much space between each flagstone. As far as the flowerbeds, I watched the crew use the same sod that was dug up from yard to build up new flowerbed instead of bringing in fresh mulch. Days later the flowerbed was already growing over and not even looking like a flowerbed anymore. I was told by owner that I just need to maintain it by pulling weeds and Bermuda grass tends to do that. What?! The plants that were planted all died within a few days too. I sent emails, texts and phone calls to this guy trying to get him back out to fix the mess. He was very hard to get ahold of because I'm sure he was trying to avoid me due to his lazy horrible work. Finally, two months later he gets me on the schedule. When he comes out his crew lowers the sprinkler head and added a few more flagstones. That's literally it. The project still looks like an amateur job. I was better off going to Home Depot and doing this myself one weekend. Instead I paid this crew almost $3000 out of my savings for this mess. I'm now having to find another company to come out and start all over. I warn you to please not use this company unless maybe you just need your lawn cut. I never write reviews but I'm livid every day I get home and see my damn driveway.

She came out and talked through our plans and went back and made recommendations and developed a sketch Tia how the possibilities. We added about 30 feet of stone work raised flower beds on the edge of the pool, and stone pathway for pool service and a dog run to reduce wear on the grass and ladder serviced 5 raised flower beds with all new material and plants. The design was perfectly executed. We coordinated with the front office, they require 50% deposit and remainder at job completion. We completed this and achieved the work. During installation the team did and excellent job of communicating and coordinating their actions. They were onsite for 3 days and this was especially awesome at the end of each day they cleaned the worksite. Picked up all trash and debris, they organized their tools and materials so we could function in the evening still while they did the project. The team repaired a few issues with irrigation system that they found and just performed very task exceptionally. At completion Amy came back to verify the team completed all tasks and checked on our satisfaction. We couldn't be more happy with the outcome and do highly recommend this company for any of your work. PS we did hire two other companies before Agave but their work was so substandard all plants died, the mason work cracked and crumbled so we went true professionals to do it right. Please contact them for your next job.

Agave provides front lawn service through our HOA. The contract is fairly new, and I thought no…read morecompany could be worse than the previous company. Agave proved me wrong. Unfortunately, we're forced to continue service with them due to the HOA situation. They have left numerous ruts in our yard. They trampled my Mistflower while pruning shrubs. They have repeatedly mowed over the blooms of my red yucca. They also mowed over a salvia. They have now butchered my sage twice. The HOA claims to have told them to leave it alone, but I put up a "do not trim" sign just to be safe. None of that helped. Someone came to my house to apologize for trampling my plants, but the apology is meaningless if they aren't going to improve their service. We were going to add in additional plant beds this fall, but it's not worth it to spend money on plants that Agave will just destroy. If you have native plants, I would definitely avoid Agave. Even if you have just basic turf grass, be prepared for deep ruts and uneven cuts.
