Even paper ski masks to help keep out the dust! That was a very nice and unexpected touch. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews about getting the waivers done. But it's not hard. I've worked in IT help desks for years so I know some people are just not good with a computer. That's fine. Just read the instructions carefully and you'll get thru. Or just get help from a teenager. :-) To get to this location they give you very good directions. If you follow them you'll have no issues. It's actually very easy! But GPS is not great for the less traveled roads in the mountains going to a place that doesn't really have a street address. We will be going back soon! Hopefully for 2 hours next time!

The first red flag was that the company did not provide a phone number, making it difficult to get help or clarification when we needed it. We followed their directions exactly and arrived 30 minutes early. We parked in the designated lot as instructed by the person at the gate, but our guide never came to meet us. We eventually had to drive into the park ourselves and locate the guide, who was parked on the side of the road. There was no clear signage identifying the company or where customers were supposed to check in. Once we finally found the guide, the intake process took approximately 40 minutes. After all of that, we paid approximately $700 for a ride that lasted only about 20 minutes. We were also promised pictures from the experience, but no pictures were ever provided. Lucky I took my own before riding. What made the experience even worse was the customer service afterward. Rather than taking responsibility for the poor communication, unclear instructions, lack of signage, and failure to provide what was promised, the company provided little to no accountability. For the amount of money we spent, this was absolutely not the experience we expected. Poor communication, poor organization, inadequate customer service, and failure to deliver what was promised. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to consider other ATV companies before booking.

Not only that, our drop off was between 9-10am, We reached there 9:30 after leaving a msg when we will arrive, the guy showed up @ 10:45am. Pick up and drop off was shady behind someone else's house and neighbors told us that they always gave their address for some reason. They was very unhappy with Mike and his crew too. Here's a list of things that were wrong:- - Left side trailer tail light not working. - Bent trailer & hitch - Front Right Flat RZR tire - Back left bald & plugged tire. - Ordered & paid for RZR Turbo but got RZR 1000. - Check engine light on all the time. - Unsafe for dunes or anywhere, got stuck on small dune, no power. - Was delivered dirty. - Left trailer low tire pressure. - Loose cables, wiring, trim. - Insufficient strength ties down for RZR. - Dirty helmets, broken & cracked goggles. No Customer service. Pure SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM. Wont pick up my calls.

Unforgettable Family Adventure with Happy Trails Rental!…read more We recently took our family to Palm Springs for a fun weekend filled with stargazing, hiking, and off-roading--and hands down, the highlight of the entire trip was our experience with Happy Trails Rental. We rented two side-by-sides (one 4-seater and one 2-seater) and chose the Scavenger Hunt, which was perfect since we had my younger nephew with us. From start to finish, Ben and Tony were absolutely fantastic--extremely helpful, communicative, and transparent every step of the way. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which allowed us to focus on having fun as a family. They even provided a cooler for us to pack lunch, and the navigation was pre-mapped with clear waypoints, making it easy to explore without worrying about getting lost. We stopped multiple times along the way to take pictures, enjoy the scenery, and just soak in the experience. The entire time, my family was smiling from ear to ear. Ben and Tony are true professionals, and it really shows in how well they run their business and take care of their customers. The AGP was seriously one of the most fun experiences of my riding life. I have heard word that…read morethis years was not as good as years past but since it was my first race of any sort i had a blast. This event spans an entire weekend. there is a race for any experience level no matter how pro or beginner you may be. The excitement in the air is high while spectators can watch from just about any part of the race course which typically is about 11 miles long extending into open desert. In the main arena area there is a small moto section, a Triple jump, and the famous mud jump. I wont lie, riders are only in the arena are about 20-30 seconds, but they're in a hurry. This is a cold start event where the riders start the race when the banner drops and have to kick start there bikes and go. When the race first starts it can be a bit nerve racking when you're racing top speed next to 100+ other riders on a course not wider then a 2 lane road. Once in the open desert people start to find their groove and disperse a bit. By a bit I mean hope not to get lapped. The race usually takes about an hour for the last guy to make his way across the finish line. There is a vendors area where racers and spectators can shop, eat and hang out. Camping is first come first serve so get there early. FYI: don't push yourself beyond your limits. while racing there were a bunch of people getting helicoptered out due to crashing and pushing themselves to hard.

Clean cement sidewalk to enjoy high desert views of the Mojave River and Desert from sunrise to Sunset. This South Mojave River bed is easy access from behind 24 Hour Fitness. I don't have a measured walk, but there are benches along the way to rest if needed. It's a wonderful way to walk run hike bike skate and feel safe. It seems to be kept clean, so let's keep it that way. Enjoy our desert.

It is nice and smooth so even my son with his small bike with training wheels was able to make it. It can get dusty of course, but after a light rain it is perfect. It is a straight line and you will see other people walking. A lot of people from Jess Ranch come here so they are older. Don't go too far if you don't want to walk all the way back. There are no cars allowed so you wont have to worry about your kids getting hit if they get ahead of you. Of course people use the riverbed for off-road use and who wouldn't. My kids love riding their quads out here because we live close to the riverbed. I always see people with their jeeps and side by sides. There are a lot of trails leading from the houses to the riverbed so you can tell who comes out here a lot. we have never been messed with by the police but we always have helmets and are a block from our house. It is a do at your own risk kind of thing.
