Fitting ourselves into this new space has been daunting, but Lisa has made is happen quicker, easier, and better than doing it solo. Working with Lisa is wonderful. She's very easy to be with and listens to what's important to you. But also she keeps things on track working towards a goal, and asks great questions and makes great suggestions. I was stalled out on going through garage and holiday boxes but was able to do it with Lisa's help today. And I'm not exaggerating about getting ten times the results. There's no way I could stay on task for 3 or 4 hours working alone. But the time flies by when we're working together. And guess what? Lisa takes all your donations when she leaves!!! How's that for the cherry on top?! Lisa gets my highest recommendation.

Though I knew we needed to organize our home, just looking at everything became increasingly overwhelming. I reached out to Bee Organized and Lisa got back to me fairly quickly. Getting on her schedule was a pretty straight forward process after speaking over the phone about what we needed. We booked an 8 hour day with Lisa and she did an incredible job helping us pack up items that weren't ours, declutter items that we didn't need, and sort through paperwork that wasn't touched in many years. What Lisa did in 8 hours would have taken us SO many years. Just with Lisa going through all the items in our home office, we were able to make the space feel more like our own + gained some empty cabinets + had items reorganized in ways I had not imagined. She even helped drop off bags of donations! Some things are worth paying for if it impacts your mental health and this is definitely one of those things. We're looking forward to having Lisa back to help with our garage that is in dire need of assistance!

She made the entire process easy and enjoyable, mixing her experience with my needs and ideas. Together we organized every area I identified as driving me crazy and set it up in a way that is functional to me. I am pleased to say every area she helped me with looks the same as when she left. This, along with the fun I had working with her, are the best references I can give. If you have clutter or just need help getting organized Andrea is the best!

(I wasn't close enough to help and was 1st week of school and I work and my sis was traveling for work) It was a rushed move on my mother's end with stuff shoved in boxes and in general she is a clutter bug and was moving into smaller apartment. Mom was feeling really overwhelmed and needed help. I was more concerned about safety and her falling over a box and not looking forward to another day of fighting Mom on getting rid of "stuff". Andrea spent 2 days in 3 hour increments to help my mom unpack, find new places for things and decide on what had to go. Anyone that's ever dealt with seniors struggle to let things go easily, you know what I mean. Having Andrea be a 3rd impartial party help my mother with the unpack and purging process was invaluable. My sister and I typically end up in verbal arguments with our mother over letting go of 10 umbrellas which is draining for all parties and non productive. The end result was the majority of boxes were unpacked and items placed logically in new home and other items boxed up for donation and manageable action plan for my mother to finish unpacking and ideas from Andrea on how to maximize closet and storage space with a few additional storage purchases. A++ organizational and interpersonal skills for Andrea. She managed to accomplish downsizing we've been battling Mom on for 5 years and my mom has a safe and organized new apartment! Money well spent.

She helped me to emotionally let go of unnecessary items just taking up space and creating chaos. I know how it feels everyday to look at a room or area and say" I really don't know what to do with all this" Crystal is truly gifted at accessing your space and making it more efficient for your needs. I not only gained a beautiful and calm work space but we ended up finding some items I can now retail for some extra cash:) Crystal has the passion and talent to bring to life any space needing some love!

I have always kind of had more than a few "junk drawers" and I guess I had normalized it without realizing just how much it was affecting me. I heard about Peaceful Environments from a friend who used her and even though I don't have kids, the price was so reasonable when thinking about getting all my junk organized, I thought I would give it a shot. Crystal came over and did an assessment of my house and my space and asked me some questions to help her get a better idea of what I was looking for in terms of organization and storage etc. When she came back she hit the ground running- she walked me through her plan and then I let her do her thing. I did some grocery shopping and ran errands and when I came back I honestly couldn't believe my eyes- things I had NO IDEA could be sorted out were so perfectly organized and accessible to me. My closet was a joy to open and go through for the first time in my life, my junk drawers were perfectly sorted in ways I wouldn't have thought of, and my bathroom vanity had the jumble of hair products and tools finally sorted out! I can only describe the feeling as pure, joyous relief. I didn't realize how much it was affecting me on an everyday basis. Calling Crystal was seriously the best thing that I have ever done for my home and I'm recommending her to anyone who will listen to me! Peace of mind and having your clutter sorted out will do more for you than you can imagine. You know how when you clean something or get all the dishes put away you immediately feel better and more relaxed? This is that feeling times 1000! I swear I literally sleep better since she's fixed my life lol. Don't hesitate, let her fix your life too! Thank you Crystal!

For context, my existing doors were the original 1993 hollow-core slabs--plain, dated, and not doing the house any favors. I first asked a local contractor for his take. While he said he could handle it, he suggested going with a company that specializes exclusively in doors. Not long after, my social media feed started serving up options, and I ultimately chose **One Day Doors & Closets of Sacramento** for an initial consultation. The process was straightforward from start to finish. A representative came out within a week to take preliminary measurements, then invited me to their Rocklin showroom to review styles and finishes in person. I selected a three-panel design and a color that closely matched my existing palette. About a week later, an installer returned to take precise measurements of each opening. They custom-cut each door to fit the existing frames and hinge locations. A few weeks after that, installation day arrived--and within a few hours, everything was complete. They also upgraded the hinges to brushed nickel to match my existing hardware. The difference is substantial. The new doors are solid, noticeably quieter, and significantly more attractive. Overall, a very positive experience from consultation through installation.

When the installer arrived to take the measurements, he pulled out a tape measure. Confused, we followed up with Monika and were told that the 3D technology is only used for customers with swing doors. My contract specifically said that laser measurement was included, but that wasn't delivered. Install day: - 1 door was painted the wrong color and had to be sent back - The 3 other closet doors were hung crooked - The installer damaged my floors by screwing in guides rather than using the adhesive option we were promised and left gashes in the flooring when bringing the doors in - A 4.5" unfinished trim board (which Monika never discussed with us) was installed across the top of the closets When my wife asked the installer about these concerns, he blamed Monika for not communicating with him better. While he did apologize for the door being the wrong color, he tried to convince my wife that screwing the guides into the subfloor was the optimal approach and that our flooring contactor had lied to us when they suggested not to screw into a floating floor, but he agreed to come back the next day with adhesive to fix his mistake. After sending an email to Monika documenting these problems, she offered to reduce our remaining balance and promised to send the installer back "until we were happy." Install day 2: - I called to check in on the progress and my wife let me speak with the installer. He skirted the issue of the crooked doors by blaming the existing closet framing. I acknowledged that my house isn't perfectly square and achieving perfection wasn't possible but I asked him to get it as close as he could. He responded, "I can see you're going to be meticulous about this so I can just leave the guide with the tape and you can do it yourself" - which felt like a complete lack of professionalism - The adhesive tape is clearly visible under the guides to cover the screw holes in my flooring that went unpatched - The doors are still not level with visible gapping - Sawdust kept forming as the doors were opened and closed because they drilled the door pull holes all the way through and forgot to put hardware on the interior holes. Hardware had to be delivered the next day to fix this issue. There was nothing that felt "custom" about this experience and it definitely wasn't a "one day" project. Monika made apologies, but that doesn't change the lack of quality in the doors, the misleading website claims, or the exhausting install issues.
