They've done a nice job trimming the dogs, but they really struggle with customer service. Today they called me to refuse my request for a slightly longer cut with the mats trimmed out. Yes, my doodles get natty but we're out to make the "slightly blotchy cut" *bougie.* But I capitulated. "Ok. Do what you need to do," I told them. The cut is convenient for them but it doesn't accommodate my preferences. A major issue for me (and I expect for most employed people) is tailoring my schedule to accommodate the business - which is, of course, the opposite of customer service. Today they told me I needed to pick up the dogs within 30 minutes of their text. (Never mind that I am 25 minutes away.) This is part of their customer service anti-pattern. They wear their displeasure with any customer "special" requests very publicly. They are frequently a little snarky on the phone and in person. And I've noticed from the Yelp reviews that apparently the owner trolls negative reviews and badgers reviewers, including sometimes levying direct insults. That's unfortunate but also consistent with my own customer experience with them. I really liked the outcome when they heeded my apparently burdensome requests. But if I'm too much trouble as a customer, I can definitely rectify that. read more

My puppy LOVES this Paw Spa! She's happy walking and happy strutting herself out the door in all of her pampered glory! The staff is amazing. They are all very welcoming and friendly making my dog and I feel right at home. Laura is my groomer. She does a beautiful job on my Mini Golden Doodle and I can't say that about "past groomers." If yah know......yah know! Definitely a 10 out of 10! I would highly recommend it and the pricing is fair. The best thing is that they strive to get your dog in-n-out within an hour which cuts down on the stress/anxiety factor for the dog and dog parent. I know that my dog appreciates it so much! This place smells very badly of urine. It is important for dog groomers to keep a hygienic environment, so that was an immediate negative first impression. One of the groomers was yelling at a dog to STOP IT and was roughly grabbing the dog's paws while grooming it. Any groomer yelling at a frightened dog is in the wrong line of work, in my opinion. The woman who did a nail trim on my dog tethered him to a short leash and my small dog almost fell off of her high table several times because he was scared and squirming around. I didn't feel that my dog was in a safe or secure environment so I will not return. read more
