We went to Granite Galleria with thoughts of replacing our granite kitchen counter which had cracked. Tina helped us through the process of selecting the best stone for our counters but when I took the samples home, we were not happy with the way they looked. We then received a helpful video of a perfect solution that involved cutting away the cracked stone around the sink and dropping in a new farm sink. We told Tina about this option and instead of trying to sell us all new counters, she agreed with this solution and recommended a fabulous company to complete the work. She was so helpful and we greatly appreciated her not trying to put a hard sell on the new counters which would have cost a great deal more. Our experience with granite galleria was great. Brian was helpful as we navigated through the process of selecting a sink . Designing the countertop and top for our kitchen island. I was kept informed as to the timeline and he worked hard to make it work for a lower cost than initially stated. The craftsman who did the installation were pleasant ,considerate and really very nice , knowledgeable and skilled at their craft. In addition Brian worked well with my contractor so everyone was on the same page. I did not check pricing but when comparing the options for just the island his price was reasonable and less than Home Depot. The end result was a fabulous counter top and we are beyond pleased. We were given a thank you gift which was unnecessary, a real surprise and so yummy. So glad we found them !! read more

Terrible customer service, terrible management. My husband and I paid for a very expensive project. We had so many setbacks with the installation process; they were extremely sloppy! There was residual glue left on a lot of our existing cabinets that dried on (the installers didn't care to wipe down their mess) and it dried into place on various cabinets. Worst of all, the seams were terribly done; two seams are cracking after a few months of initial install. No one wants to fix the issue. They got their paycheck, and now they're "not responsible". Horrible. Please avoid at all costs. If you're anywhere in the Montgomery/Bucks area, go with a different company. Many other countertop places carry their products, from 309 to Easton Road. read more

I recently worked with Tina at Granite Galleria to replace my primary bathroom countertop and sinks. Tina provided an excellent experience, patiently helping me to choose the stone and the sinks. She also gave me guidance on other aspects of the project, which was very helpful. She was able to schedule templating and installation in a short time frame, which I appreciated very much, as I had an event that I wanted the work completed for. (10k project) Everything started out great until there was an issue, then they could care less about you. We dealt with Tina, then Brian. There is so much to write but I will try to keep it as simple as possible. First, template. They gave a 2 hour window. They were an hour late from their latest time. No apologies from them. Second, they told us if we keep countertops on, we could comprise the fitting against the wall. Not a big deal, we were going to have backsplash. So we kept the kitchen functional for now and kept the existing countertop on. They showed us final concept. I told them, please make the sink larger due to the space we have. We needed 4" larger. They said they would. They only did 2" larger. When installation came, Brain said, "we could've done 2" more, you had the space." That was extremely upsetting to hear. After install (1) the countertop was very off level in one area (a large hump). Installer told me to contact owner. (2) the installer pulled out the dishwasher and couldn't put it back in. He told me the owner would credit me back for dishwasher re-install. I called Tina/Brian the next day and they told me they weren't responsible for anything. Not the fit. Not the dishwasher re-install. Complete change of attitude from when we first met. They went from friend, to enemy. After some arguing they came back out and tried fixing the hump. The installers were the only logical people. They saw the problem and agreed they missed it. The owner came an hour later and tried having a pissing match with me. The installers kept rolling their eyes at him. He left and they said, "He's always like that. He doesn't know how to treat customers." They had trouble correcting the issue but finally got it. I wasn't going to leave a review. Didn't want the drama. Now 2 months later, we have 2 cracks in the seams (see photos). I reached out to them to correct the issue and they refused. So here we are. Please don't use this company. They will price match and be sleazy convincing but when an issue comes, they will throw you to the side. I wish I paid more and got better service and warranty. Keep in mind, I wasn't a small customer, I paid them 10k!!! Please do yourself a favor and avoid these crooks. read more

The whole process with Granite Galleria was quick, professional and painless. We decided to go with quartz countertops for our new kitchen and Brian was super knowledgeable and did an awesome job showing us our options in different price points in samples, as well as showing us larger pieces they had on the floor. The install team was super friendly, right on time and the work looks solid and clean, even though they had to deal with some unlevel cabinets. We just had our 4th project done with Granite Galleria. Each and every one was flawless from measurement, fabrication, to install. There is a reason we keep coming back!!! Tina was incredibly helpful on the selection as we were painting the walls, (after removing wallpaper) keeping existing cabinets, and replacing the backsplash and I was feeling overwhelmed. Not the best experience. Everyone was really friendly and helpful until there were minor issues post installation. After settling the bill, they didn't seem to be as happy to help or even responsive. Also, the quality of our granite isn't holding up well at all. We have light countertops and a drop of wine left on the surface for more than a minute or two will leave a stain in the stone. read more
