I've never been to a distillery that had rum, vodka, gin, scotch AND bourbon made in-house. My sound advice is to try the "Sage Advice" drink. I'm not a fan of bourbon but the "Bloody Mules" and the "Smashed and Bloody" drinks were flowing off the bar. My date had a Gurley Street Gin martini. Bottles were available to purchase. Hard cider and beer are also available. And what made the evening even more special, we were greeted by Blue, the resident dog, as we listened to free entertainment from the Billy Reno band.
