I walked in with two people, three more friends were on their way to join us, but, given the lack of food options, we all decided to leave B&B early and reconvene at another local place that had both beer and food we all could eat. In addition to not having anything vegan to eat (not even potato chips!),we were not allowed to order food to be delivered. Although this was communicated politely, it's actually a very rude thing to impose on customers. So, on one hand, if vegans aren't this businesses main focus, its totally understandable not to go through great lengths to cater to us- But, it is an extremely poor business practice to both not serve vegan food and not allow customers to order their own food. Given the number of areas businesses that value vegan customers, it shouldn't be too hard to replace B&B in our rotation.

Very refreshing. We added a bright and brightly-flavored roasted beet salad with, crumbled goat cheese, glazed pecans & slices of pickled red onions. And they kindly allowed us to order a simple hot grilled cheese & fries off of the kids' menu, which we shared around as a little bar snack to tide us over. We enjoyed the view to the west of stately Monadnock Mountain. They have a golf course and mini-golf, too, but this time we were just for the beer. In addition to the hand-written tap list above the bar, they keep an online list up-to-date, too. This was a pleasant recovery from our strenuous day.
