Although this was communicated politely, it's actually a very rude thing to impose on customers. So, on one hand, if vegans aren't this businesses main focus, its totally understandable not to go through great lengths to cater to us- But, it is an extremely poor business practice to both not serve vegan food and not allow customers to order their own food.
