Usually one doesn't have a reply from the owner/manager but in this case there are and the responses are detailed and persuasive. In a way, I get it. This is an EMERGENCY vet hospital. Meaning that it's expected for the OMG! issues to predominate. And, as at human hospitals, medical care is expensive. So going into the place expected otherwise is asking for disappointment. But ... on to my own review. I called early in the morning and was advised that we could come down whenever we wished but that the shift had just changed and it would be a 2-3 hour wait. So - no surprises if it took a while. Since we didn't have a time sensitive emergency we decided to wait a bit to let the current work get handled. Drove down and liked what we saw. A very well kept facility from the outside and even nicer on the inside. Superior to my own vet, in fact. We were greeted very pleasantly and invited to sit and relax while waiting for the doctor. The time reality was we got there at 9:30 and were finished up (although our kitty had to stay) by 11:00. So, given the possible wait, it was actually fast. Our doctor (Lisa Boyer) was fantastic - full stop. Empathetic and informed. She laid out the two options we had - one being the less expensive and less certain and the other requiring more time, more money and more certainty of what was going on with Sophie. We opted for the latter and in total Sophie's time there was 9 hours. At the end we knew precisely what was wrong and got the meds necessary to remediate the issue. Three days later Sophie is happy as a clam and so are we. I can't think of any reasonable way that the entire experience could have been improved. Wonderful people and I'm so glad they're there for owners who need them.

The assistant technicians are also caring, patient and knowledgeable. Chaos can be a handful as she doesn't care for other cats or dogs, but she's allowed VIP side entrance for her visits, and they clear the hall for my princess. Update... Chaos is home resting! They were extremely compassionate, she was very scared and we were in and out in 25 mins with pain management and antibiotics after removing the whole nail. I thought that a plant i had brought into over winter was the cause & was devastated that I had poisoned him. After bloodwork showed elevated protein and low white blood cell count, an ultrasound confirmed her suspicion of Feline Infectious Peritonitis, a deadly disease until a recent treatment not widely available had been conditionally approved. He is still in the 12 week protocol but after 2 weeks of antibiotics all blood work shows he is cured. We are so incredibly thankful that our affectionate loving mischievous boy is back to himself. ALL the staff are amazing, so caring and compassionate. THANK YOU so much to everyone and to the way they all work together to care for our best friends

My dog has been on the schedule for Tuesdays and Fridays now for YEARS and loved going here. Staff have always been pleasant and friendly up until today. We brought our dog in and the woman told us that he cant come in as he is not on the schedule. We told her that he has always been on the schedule for Tuesdays and Fridays but she was yelling and aurguing and then told us to get out and she will refund our monthly membership. Which she did within minutes. WTF! Not sure what happened here as it is all so random and bizarre. We will finding a new local daycare for our pup.
