Not always deserved, these people have families and get up to go to work each day as well. Sure they need to turn a profit, yet what business doesn't need to, to stay in business? I just think they all made the process a lot better because they were down to earth and never once felt like a number. I was told they had grounded it already and would see if it could be ungrounded. They didn't even look into it and just delivered the new Jeep. At that time I was told they can't unground the lease. On decided to check with the lease company to see if it was paid off which they told me it was I believe grounded on Monday or Tuesday. I also asked if it was possible to unground this lease and they had informed me it could have been done that all they would have had to do was call them. I had also inquired about their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was asked were I saw that which I informed them it was on their website. The next day they took it down and that was it. The initial response from Ben Guthrie was course. I explained that life has been crazy lately and wanted to save time in a dealership doing the whole hot box ritual. His response to this? I am quoting, "We are not interested unless you come in , sit down and work a deal like real customers do. Otherwise take us off of your scam list". I have never have met a dealership that wasn't interested in a sale! Obviously not going there, but after looking into other reviews, this is not an irregular experience. My advice, stay out of Concord, NH if you are care shopping, esp if their name is Ben Guthrie!

These folks sold me a used car which Mike himself guaranteed would pass inspection and that it was 100%. By the time I got home the check engine light was on. I called the next day came in and they checked the Subaru out. He said it was just an O2 sensor which he said they could that day and charged me 80, there is three O2 sensors in the car and they only replaced one which was a waste of my time but it gets better (worse). Less than 12 days after buying the car my rear wheel falls off on 202 west which is a highway and without exaggeration wasn't the closest I've ever come to dying. People on 202 west had to swerve to avoid hitting me and went off the road. Grateful I didn't smash the Subaru and just got lucky in the way in spun out. I get it towed back to the great folks at Henniker Motors where they eventually let me know the plethora of things wrong with it. Cracked head gasket. Cracked oil pan and a bunch of other things. Which costed 1700 but this isn't about the money. This is about the fact these folks sold a car that almost killed someone. I then post on their wall explaining what happened and all they said asked me was "did I get a warranty"? They are such scumbags and I simply just want to inform people of this horrible business so no one else has to deal with this. Whether it's for you or your loved ones do not buy a vehicle from Mikes Affordable Auto on 124 Manchester St Concord NH or any of their shops for that matter because I dealt with Mike and he was simply a scumbag. Awful experience. They sold me a car that had received…read more"State Safety Inspection" sticker. They passed the car with a number of items that should have caused it to fail the inspection. I told them I was going to contact the State and they started back peddling right away. The car was leaking gas and I had to fight with "Jimmy" for over two weeks to get them to pay for the repair.
