Ibuprofen doesn't work. Tylenol doesn't work. I have to have ALOT of work done. I told them I'm in a ton of pain and they said they would prescribe Tylenol and amoxicillin left. There went to the pharmacy around the corner. Got my prescription took it right away two hours later my mouth is killing me. We all know we can't take that much. Tylenol in one day so then I call 15 minutes before they close. I ask if they can email something over like a discharge paperwork stating what I need done so I can go to the ER and maybe they can help me there. They send me over the financials of what I need done. ER didn't know what that meant so I call back tell them I needed a discharge chart or something written on what I need done so they can see how much work needs to be done and how much pain I'm in so maybe they can prescribe me something stronger after arguing with condescending Ethan! They're very standoffish there. I spoke with the manager Priscilla 10 minutes ago same thing very standoffish they were never in the wrong. I told them why did the front desk lie and tell me they were going to send me a email with what I needed done so I could go back to the ER she just said "idk" "I wasn't here Friday" she was rude and condescending as well. I'm tired of going to doctors dentist. Anything that has to do with the medical field because everyone's rude nowadays you guys are supposed to help us not be rude not argue with us over the phone on who's right and who's wrong that's how it's supposed to go, but I have an appointment at a different dentist at 2 PM today which I'm gladly going over there. The lady I talked to even put me on hold and supposedly talk to someone and said sure we can extract the tooth if you need it extracted. I told her I didn't want to waste my time or my money to go there if they will not extract that tooth. She said no problem. I got there, they examined my broken tooth that is causing pain and is even a little bit loose. The dentist refused to extract the tooth and told me it was unethical. It's really kind of sad because the dental industry has been using toxic products for years but then have the nerve to talk about ethics.

We found Dr. Seth through an odd set of circumstances. We waited until Monday and then started to call dentists' offices close to our home. WELL - they were all closed for "spring break" - wow! I had earlier seen good reviews on here for Dr. Seth, so even though his office is 30 minutes drive from home, in desperation I called to see if they could work my husband in? They surely could! And they were so nice on the phone, explaining that they were NOT providers for our insurance but would bill on our behalf. Turned out that my husband had to lose that tooth, it was cracked and had a very old crown on it and was badly infected. I was so impressed with the professionial treatment that I set up my own appointment for an exam. I found Dr. Seth very patient, willing to explain anything I had questions about, good sense of humor too! Sadly because they are not providers for our insurance, and because our dental coverage is for preventive only, it is all coming out of pocket but we're so pleased with the work and the friendliness and professionalism of the entire office that we are willing to pay for our treatment there. My previous dentist was absolutely shocked when I told him that the building next door being the business that I'm writing this zero star review for, who he'd sent my files to, firstly two different staff members said they had no recollection whatsoever of my files being sent to them. The final nail in the coffin was when Kelly who left a message on my voicemail and later Pam a couple of weeks ago turned around and said yes it will be """"""$50""""" to have your records printed up. So suddenly they've now found my records and might I add I paid for my own x-rays to begin with. $50 for what a few pieces of paper to be printed up? Greed will be the downfall of humankind! Her professionalism and ability to connect one-on-one made me feel like she was speaking with me as an equal. This was not a doctor speaking to a lesser person. Dr. Lambertus obviously sets the tone for her staff, all of whom shared her friendly professional demeanor. All questions were taken seriously and when a staff person did not know an answer they were unafraid to say so, but promptly found authoritative answers. Frontier Village Dental Care has brought to our community a level of quality professionalism that is difficult to match. My words alone cannot do this dental clinic justice.
