I'm thinking, okay makes sense and was ready to schedule for the new mouth guard. Then... the question at the dental office became "do we just charge him for the office visit or do we add the charge of a mouth guard adjustment?" Yes, the literally considerred whether to charge me for the failed mouth guard adjustment. In the end, they decided to only charge me for an office visit. That didn't happen BTW. On the phone they tell me that they can squeeze me in for EITHER a cleaning OR an exam, not both on the same day... in December. It is currently March. This is infuriating and at that point they should be wasting less of people's time and simply say they are not accepting new patients. He's honest and doesn't do work you don't need. I was there getting my teeth cleaned and the girl did a great job. She did notice something wrong with one of my tooth and showed the dentist. He took an X-ray and explained to me what I should do and offered to do it that day. So I waited and he fixed that tooth. This way I didn't damage it more. The employees here are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this dental office.
