They all did a wonderful job. Value for the money: 5 stars. Punctuality: 4 stars. We were given a 3-hour window to arrive, and the folks showed up almost to the to the very end, but technically on time. Surely, they can do better. Safety: 3 stars. The workers wore their masks properly, but no gloves. They were handling dangerous resins or other chemicals with their bare hands which is not healthy. I had my kitchen remodeled 4 months ago and have been thrilled with the results! Like others that posted reviews, I received estimates from other companies and the price from Granix was much more affordable. I was skeptical because of the price difference. I spent months calling and asking questions after doing my own research. The employees at Granix answered every one of my questions and addressed my concerns. I must say that the communication from the "front desk" was a bit lacking and did concern me a few times. It was either unclear, or I did not receive any confirmation that my messages were received. In hindsight, I believe this is just due to the younger age of the individuals at the front desk. They were always polite and respectful. Any uneasiness I felt was immediately resolved when I spoke with the owner, Ahmet, or his associate, Onur. I also made multiple changes to my project during the planning phase. They were able to accommodate everything I wanted, including breaking down my L-shaped island and repositioning the cabinets to create a smaller, rectangle island that opened up more space in my kitchen. On the first day of starting the work, Onur arrived with the two workers. We went over everything one last time before they began ripping out the black granite. The two gentleman that worked on my kitchen were amazing! They did excellent work - and it really was a LOT of work! Onur came to help when it was time to move in the slabs of quartz. They somehow managed to complete my entire kitchen without any seams in the slabs. Each piece was a single, long slab of quartz that took a LOT of work to get into my kitchen and properly installed. The next day, they returned and spent about 10 hours installing the backsplash (which I LOVE)! Their work was meticulous and they did not rush through any part of it. I sometimes find myself waiting for the other shoe to drop because the price was so much better than other companies. So far, I have been just as happy as the day the work was completed (knock on wood!). They even used the cutout from the sink to make a cutting board for me (which I still have not had a chance to pick up). I am 100% happy with my decision to use Granix for my kitchen remodel. read more

Our second time using Granix and they do not disappoint! I went to 4 different places around the Severna Park area and this place blew each one out of the water... for the exact same stone! One high end place quoted us $3,500 more for the quartz we wanted, the quote was so high I changed brands entirely during my search fearing that it was out of our budget. Kerem was so kind to go out of his way to quote us on a brand they didn't even sell but would have purchased for us to ensure our business. When I received the quotes from Granix I was blown away with the pricing and professionalism. The guys who installed were wonderful and clean. They even helped us build our island extension to make sure it was an exact fit. If you're pricing around quartz or granite right now..: make sure to add this place on your short list! read more

We had a very challenging and large kitchen granite job for them. over 200sft of surface with some very large pieces. we did a natural stone that inherantly adds complications due to fissures and natural variation in the stone strength. I was concerned because they don't have many reviews, but a lot of that is because much of their business is commercial. in the end, the product was fantastic and the owner took personal care to measure our job and stopped by during installation to ensure it was done correctly. take my word. use them and write some reviews so others have trust. price was great too. thanks Granix. read more

If I could give this company a zero, I would. I picked the perfect piece of slab and when it was delivered, it was cut wrong. So I go in to pick a new slab because they had no more of the one I bought. The selection for I wanted was slim. I needed something in the white range. So the guy shows something on display in there showroom and it's white. It was the best I was going to get, and I kinda liked it. So he says he'll pick it in the back for me. Long story short....the piece they gave me was cream, not white AND there's nothing they can do. Never Again! read more

Just wanted to let you know, this guys did a FANTASTIC job installing the granite in my kitchen. It looks sooooo good. They let me know about a couple of issues resulting from original construction and how they were going to be able to work through those problems. I was little worried but I needn't be because it came out beautiful. I would recommend Granix to anyone and will probably hire them to do my bathroom in the future. read more

Sorry to say performance was less than expected. They came to my home and made a model of my existing counter top. The countertop that arrived did not fit. Either the model maker erred, or the stone cutter did not match the model. the result is i got a countertop that is uneven and has excessive gaps on two sides. in order to fit the countertop to the corner the installers cut holes in the walls. With extra work to the backsplash i was able to hide the flaws and make the installation presentable. on top of it all, the installers left the old sink behind in my back yard. read more

They scheduled everything promptly and were quick to reply to my questions. From selection to install was only 9 days! Their prices were great and the counter top looks beautiful in my kitchen. We searched for months to find a special granite for our kitchen countertop at a price we could afford. Granix found it for us, the price was fabulous and the service was amazing. The owner traveled to our home in Vermont to measure the counter top and the two installers did a wonderful job. Everything fits perfectly and the job was quite complicated. I had granite countertops and as well as one of the stainless steel sinks Granix sells installed just a little over a month ago. Although the countertops look nice, the installers left sticky adhesive all over the sink. It took a lot of effort to clean the adhesive off. My sink was left with permanent marks and from day one it looks like an OLD and very used sink. The finish is far from the shiney, sleek "stainless" I thought I purchased. In addition, I wanted grids for the sink and offered to pay an additional fee. My sales rep said I could pick them up at the showroom. After making the drive there, I was told by the manager the grids were not in stock but they were waiting on a shipment and would call me once it arrives. Since its over a month now, I emailed my sales rep with a friendly reminder. It has been a week and no response from him. I assume I will not be getting the sink gridsfrom Granix. Its yet another case of once the money is collected the company doesnt bother following through to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I'm not at all pleased. read more
