CON: Well, when I decided to order my cabinets, Bud was on vacation and the other guy couldn't take my order. Then the cabinets took longer than a 3-day delivery because of the day I ended up ordering it on. The cabinets also arrived late on delivery day. Bud told me there was traffic. The guys end up telling me it was because they were short staff. I love honesty....no need to lie. So, my contractors ended up waiting around for 3 hours...not fair to them. PRO: Bud tried to make it up to me. A couple of pieces did not come in and I ended up needing an additional filler that he did not charge me for. I also ended up having to order another filler and that came in a timely manner and I picked it up from their showroom. Overall good experience, just need to tighten up ordering and delivery.

I was fearful that it might not work, since you can't plug it up there and find out, so I asked the guy in charge of that area if I get home and find out it doesn't work then what can I do. When I registered, the lady told me that if I have a problem with it and I just don't wait 30-40 days then I can do the same. Those words stuck in my head so it gave me peace. I get home and we're having problems with it and so I call back 2 days later and the guy who picked up the phone said "That's a problem because we don't take returns or exchanges". He passed the phone off to a woman, and I'm mad I didn't ask for both their names because I would just blast both of them versus the whole business, but the attitude was insane. They acted like I was stealing money from their own pockets.

I gave a lot of grace in the beginning due to time constraints that were outside of the company, but soon started to see that the GC was the problem. I was told the project was going to take 3-months - it took about 8 months to complete and I'm still waiting on some items. A lot of work had to be redone due to it being installed improperly or sloppy work. I expressed how I wanted things to go and the contractor did their own thing. I issued the last check with the impression that they would come back to fix my shower because on the best day the water is hot for maximum of 2 minutes and cold after that . I haven't heard from the contractor in months. I've called, emailed, spoken to the assistant that said they would call back but haven't. I would not recommend this company at all. They lack customer service and follow thru, the work has been subpar and it's a struggle finding someone with good work ethic and integrity

This contractor came in with a blank contract template, asking me to sign it. There had been no details of the kind of work that was to be done, and when I mentioned the lack of information, he said I could fill it out myself. He kept insisting to sign the contract and give him an immediate deposit. I obviously declined signing a blank contract, and he started to try and intimidate me which I found so ridiculous. I just told him we will find someone else. Very unprofessional, and people should know.
