I love this food! Reminds me of cooking my late and great Grannie used to make! The fried gizzards are my favorite!

Chicken fricasse bowl: I'm glad I got this with the onions and cilantro as well. In fact, for my taste buds, I wish I had more of both. The sauce on the chicken is nice. I actually wish this was even wetter because the beans are pretty strong; some salsa or sour cream would be excellent. Cuban: It's solid, but I've had quite a few Cuban sandwiches in town now. There's nothing particularly noteworthy about this one. Slushee: ........okay, this sounds bad, but the Miami Vice slushee stood out the most to me. It was too hot (what am I saying? It's too hot every day in this state. God, I want to move back somewhere with actual seasons). *ahem* Like, the consistency of the ice was so perfect. And the huge straw allows you to drink it without any logistics. And it's sweet, but has this subtle aftertaste that prevents it from being too sweet. My dear reader, you deserve a slushee.

I ordered the following: Pulled Pork Bowl (5/5): Tasty, authentic, flavorful. This is a must get if you ever want to try an item on their menu. Cuban Sandwich (3/5): While I've had and tried many Cuban Sandwiches, this one did not do it for me. It was just average in my opinion. Sweet Baked Plantains (5/5): The word "baked" definitely drew my attention to try this side. Additionally I really love Sweet Plantains, but most of them are fried. Those extra calories from frying really goes straight to my hips, so being baked is a nice alternative healthy option. Not a bad experience overall. Will try again whenever they are in the area. #SupportLocal

My go-to items are the Mexican tacos, tortas, and nachos. My wife is all about the Cali burrito, and the kids stick with the burger. The only downside is the inconsistency. Sometimes they're closed when you expect them to be open, and lately it hasn't always been the original cooks, which makes a difference in the food quality. But if you catch them open and spot the old-school red dually truck out front, do yourself a favor and stop by and you'll get a fantastic lunch.

Of all the Mexican spots I've tried, Diana's food truck takes the crown. Their chicken burritos and…read moretortas are hands down the best, packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. Honestly, Diana's is what put me on to great Mexican food. I've eaten at other restaurants with really good dishes, but this truck still holds the #1 spot for me. The only downside (and it's not the food!) is the inconsistency of their hours. I never really know when they'll be open. More than once, I've driven out (totally worth the drive) only to find them closed. It would be nice if they had posted hours or even a number to call. But here's the thing: I still take my chances, because when Diana is there, the food is 100% worth it. And beyond the food, Diana herself is so kind, whenever she sees my kids, she gives them a little something for free, whether it's a drink or candy. That small gesture makes us feel like family. Highly recommend! Check this food truck out! SN: They have a little seating area. No frills. I always pick up and go. But if you choose, take a seat and stay.

Every week our community has a food truck night, and this week happened to be Brazilicious. Since…read moreI'm a huge picanha fan, it was a no brainer that we'd have to give it a shot. We ordered the samba plate, which allows you to pick any 3 meats, so we selected picanha (cooked rare), shrimp, and sausage. Unfortunately, the steak ended up being closer to well done by the time we made it back to the house, but I think that's just the cost of taking steak to-go, and not necessarily the fault of the restaurant or chef since it's natural for it to continue cooking inside of the styrofoam box. Temperature aside, the flavor and quality of the meat was great, and you receive a very generous portion for the price. Along with the samba plate, we ordered steak fries and empanadas. Although the steak fries were pretty plain.. basically just steak plopped on top of fries, they were delicious, especially with the creamy herb sauce that is served with them. The empanadas were ginormous, and I like that the dough almost flaky rather than being super thick. We were very pleased with Brazilicious and will definitely hit them up again next time!

It's thick and meaty and not too soft. The pita is of the very thick and soft variety, which is naturally my favorite. The vinaigrette and sour cream sauce mix also works pretty well. The fries were just okay. In hindsight, some of the other menu items were more interesting, but I just felt like getting a wrap. I'll have try other stuff if I see this truck again.
