Decided to grab lunch from Jax Mammas Asian Street Food, and they completely delivered! I ordered the shrimp tempura, fried chicken rice pineapple bowl, and it was packed with incredible flavor and super fresh ingredients. If you spot this truck rolling around town, definitely pull over and give them a try--you won't be disappointed!

It was tender at the top but dry and tough in the stems. I personally would've appreciated if the broccoli stems were trimmed. I did love the dumplings!! They were crunchy, juicy and flavorful. They were $5 for 4 medium sized dumplings which is a great price. I will try the pineapple fried rice another time.

I chose the kalguksu noodles soup, which came with beef and vegetables. It was a large bowl with sliced tender beef, mild broth and a good mix of vegetables that happily made this a two-day meal! It's B5 on the menu board! I highly recommend it. My dearest chose the mandu ramen - or dumpling ramen. This one had a little spiciness to it - by no means overwhelming. Really, I liked this bowl better than the one I ordered. The dumplings were delicious, along with the broth and noodles were the perfect combo! It's B2 on the menu and I highly recommend this one as well - just a little above my meal! You can't go wrong with either. Our cashier really knew the menu impressively. She also could tell about what the other food outlets offered as well. She helped us with our order with concern that we make the best choice - and she did! I encourage people to visit this section of Latte Market! I look forward to eating in the food court area instead of at home next time I visit. They came to my job (we have food trucks daily) so I knew I had to try them out. Traditional Japanese Hibachi with a few sides to beat. I got the Teriyaki chicken. It's a staple that is served at all hibachi joints so figured I would start there. All meals are served with a small clear soup, fried or white rice, grilled veggies (zucchini and onions) and either shrimp or ginger sauce. I started with the small clear soup, it is exactly how described haha. The tastiest thing I had but it also went the fastest. The chicken was too dry for my liking and the flavor wasn't really there to make up for it. Not terrible just a little bland. It like tasting something and knowing it's Mossi g that one thing to make it right, that was this entire meal (minus the clear soup). I got the fried rice and shrimp sauce and again... bland. Even the shrimp sauce was thin and didn't give much additional flavor to the rice or chicken. Thank goodness for the soy and sriracha sauces. Three stars because whoever took my order was really friendly and I usually try a place twice before reviewing. Since I could not find their page I decided to review early. And I would go back for the clear soup.

However there was a note section I could add a note to separate the dumpling from the meals due to a gluten allergy in my household. Instead of taking the dishes of she didn't enjoy, the owner went back and forth about paying for the supplies he used to cook the meal. I've never been somewhere and the restaurant still charged for an uneaten meal. As a courtesy, he said he didn't charge her for the rice. Out of all the places we could go, I won't be back and it reminded me what I hadn't been here in awhile. Do better and stop frying the sushi so hard. There we're only five people in the restaurant , no need to rush or give leftovers.
