She says she doesn't understand anything , who is saying she's illiterate and dum like I never said that? I'm buying something for $4 and she's saying "because $4 is so hard to find" like she's making fun of me to my face. She is speaking loud enough for everyone to hear us, but when I look at her face, which is two inches away from mine, her wild eyes are darting around and looking everywhere but at me. She is asking me "so are you gonna buy it" five times in a row like she's about to kick me out the store . She is Flinging her arms and hands around in my face . I thought she might strike me how close she was to me with her motions , rushing me to get away from the counter. Extremely unprofessional and unhinged , stomping off towards the back , and then returning to the front desk to open the closed lane since I'm standing there at the counter looking at an item to purchase, I'm not allowed to be taking my time. Ok so she opens up the other register just to move me out of the way. Flinging the next customers dress on top of the counter and in my face . Ok , seems like a MH breakdown happening in real time while she hyperfixates on me and whether or not I'll make a purchase or not, aren't they open til 8? Why she's trying to run me off like that. She smiling in my face saying to me "I'm Mandy, and Wendy's my boss" and calls her boss right in front of me. I love Redoux, as I can always find something unique to buy for myself or as a gift. Most gifts…read morethat I give come from this store. Lately I have found that the two ladies who work there are less than helpful or friendly. They act like you are bothering them. Also, Redoux always did free wrapping for you in a white bag with some tissue paper, nothing fancy. Now they charge 2.50 per gift. I totally understand that with the cost of supplies. I asked the lady with gray hair at the register if I could at least get the Redoux sticker to put on my own white gift bag and she told me it would be 2.50 for the small sticker. I explained I liked for the person to know that the store is wonderful so it might encourage them to shop there. I wasn't looking for a freebie but a way to advertise their business. Oh well, I will continue to shop there to support local, but the customer service could use some improvement.

Was promised points on my account when hidden damage was observed on a piece of furniture after it…read more was loaded onto my vehicle. The "manager", Sarah. Saw it and said she would put points on me card because of the damage. I asked how many points ts it would be and was told it would be ten. I asked if that would be ten dollars and she said no. Every point was worth ten dollars. I said that would be 100 dollars then and she said yes. If these poi ts had not been promised I would have asked for a refund. They have not been added to my account. When I went to the cashier on a subsequent trip, I didn't even have ten dollars.to use I asked for Sarah and was told she wasn't there but she was called. She said I had .misunderstood her about the value of the points. My husband and I both heard her promise 100 in points. We are both competent people who understand the English language language. Saying I misunderstood was insulting. I attempted to complain via email to her supervisor but it was intercepted by Sarah by Sarah. She responded with the same claim that I misunderstood her. I have not been there since then. They have lost a customer of yarn years because of this manager.
