I'm sure there are more plumbing problems in our house that haven't been revealed yet. Our GC (who was awesome) fired them in the middle of the job and replaced them with StraightEdge Plumbing. It's hard to give them a grade on their work as we had a date planned for a bathroom renovation…read more(over 2 weeks in advance) but they bailed on me. I spoke with the lady who answers the phone and she was very nice in the process however, as the date approached she says we might be back up a couple of days to a week. Annoying but not the end of the world. our date comes and they say 3 weeks is earliest they can do it (and that's only when i contacted them - radio silence from them) and don't hold them to it. Their exact words on email "stuff happens". That kind of sums it up. so no bathroom renovation from them even though we bought all the stuff (tub, toilet, sink, etc) - I had to pay more to get it done on rush service via another plumber. I gave them 2 stars because the woman was helpful on the phone initially and it's busy season. Also when we spoke after the situation she was very apologetic. i hope to be able to use them in the future and will update the review accordingly.
