First off, this is probably the one of the sketchier areas in Los Angeles, and it was a little hard to find the place (it's on the corner of 15th/Los Angeles), but would I get things printed her again? Definitely. I asked for a 24x36 image to be printed with their cheapest material, and he printed it out on banner material for $30.00. Printing was done immediately and then I went to go pick it up. I sent him the image before hand soit was very efficient. The quality was better than I expected, and he gave me extras because his sheet still had extra space. He'd probably be my sole provider for anything image printing related and his son will take over when he can't. Good business. read more

Damn! Other YELPERS were right about this place. They are horrible and don't care about your business or there's. I have been waiting for a few small items for 4 months. I ordered our church banner in October for our harvest festival and items for another event on December 16th, 2017. I received the banner misspelled. I called for several days and got no answer. I decided to go to Jovannie's office and he gave me a gravely stare and ghostly response. I explained I called and left messages about our banner mishap. I just want to commend Jiovannie and the whole team for doing a great job with our printing needs. I called Graphic Innovation Wednesday to inquire about the rate.. At first he said he'll get back to me so I thought that this is one of those companies who'd say they'll get back to you but won't. After about half an hour, he returned my call and gave me a reasonable rate. He was very accommodating with our questions which really helped a lot coz I don't know much about the differences in the specs.. He offered to stop by the office the next day to do a test print for free and it turned out well. He assured us that the 11 banners that I ordered will be delivered the next day which he did and the banners turned out pretty! Had bad experiences with a couple different printers - mostly customer service related. Wanted a place near downtown/echo park. Saw a couple good reviews on Yelp so I chose this place. I told the owner no rush, just standard turnaround, which he said may be up to 2 weeks. That was fine for the 5000 business cards I needed. Gave him a 50% deposit. After 2 weeks, I started wondering if the cards were done since I hadn't heard anything from them. After 3 weeks, I called and they told me they were glad I called because they had actually lost our sample we gave them and needed the information that was on the back of that card and they also had lost our contact information. He told me to text him the information that's supposed to go on the back and they would rush the job. We decided not to work with them - especially after finding out that they had cashed our deposit check just a few days after we gave it to them. Who cashes a deposit check and doesn't start the job? Also, our company name was on our deposit check. I wonder why they couldn't go to our website and find our contact information to call us. Unprofessional on so many levels. I went to a competitor who did it in 4 days. read more

Long story short, my car got broken into the day before a trade show. This isn't the LA I grew up in, so I figured if I left a few suitcases laying open, nobody would bother to steal banners, pens, PO books, etc. I was wrong. Let me start by saying that I've worked with them before. I called them early in the day & was told my work could be done in 1hr just to send them the files, so I did & they said the resolution was bad so to send it again & I did. Then they said they would call me back & they never did so I called again & got the run around, called 2 more times!! They were to busy to take my call & were rude because I had called 4 times total! Then I finally called the next day & was told because I didn't give them enough time they wouldn't be able to do my job, now I'm stuck needing work & will look bad because I couldn't deliver because they were unprofessional!!! If they say send it over & we will call you back you think they will do as they said!! But no they made me feel that because my job was under $100 the project wasn't important enough!! There is so many places around them, that they should not act like that, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WILL NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN!!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BAD SERVICE!!! read more
