Fantastic product, professional to work with and the best price I quoted of others in the area. I needed 2,500 double sided promo cards and was astounded by their much lower price over the competition. Because of the price I wasn't sure about the quality but the cards turned out perfect. They even used heavier card stock by default versus other places for not an extra premium. People complained on yelp about their short customer service but I had no problems-- quick and clear responses by email and to the point on the phone. They let me have a proof correction without charging me even though their policy is $5 normally. They were speedy so I got my cards with a quick turnaround in time for when I needed them. The office is in a strange location within the macys building and is no frills. It's not a fancy storefront with displays but just two guys (that I saw) running around and answering the phone and trying to do it all. Tip: park inside the macys center, walk through macys and get validation from Guru For free parking. Tip 2: 10 percent off with your yelp checkin! read more

Guru printers have been great in the past and they are still super quick and friendly however this time I wasn't satisfied with my prints :( I paid for a huge order of posters and unfortunately, more than half of my posters had crop marks still showing and streaks on it, they are pretty obvious so I'm surprised it didn't get noticed. I just wish they quality checked beforehand since this was such a big order. They did reprint some but unfortunately I couldn't possibility expect to redo everything. read more

I chose Guru to print my wedding welcome sign and guest seating chart because of its great reviews and Guru did not disappoint! From the start to finish everything is perfect. There are tons of info (types of printing offered, pricing, FAQs, etc.) on their website. Before placing the order, Ardy answered all my questions over the phone and gave great advice. Placing an order online is easy and the order was ready for pickup in 2 days. When I went to pick it up, Ardy ran to my vehicle and delivered the order as fast as he could.
