This location is quite clean! Very impressed with the workers. Came in, and not one person had a attitude... Which is really rare for a UPS location lol. I came here to get something notarized, and Carlos helped us the entire time. He was very patient and informative with all the questions that we had. It came out to $40, to have something notarized. Which is not too bad. But I definitely learned something new that day. Highly recommend, if you want to come here to get something notarized. It's $15 per person. I do think some of the prices are a little bit expensive, like like scanning something is two dollars? A little bit much. Overall, a lot of street parking, and very clean location. read more

Needed to shop Internationally and learned a lot. Sometimes need a Commerial Invoice for some countries, even if person to person. The online rates are usually lower than in store pack and ship, but if you pre-purchase and print the label before you get there, you can buy a box and kind of combine the best of both services (I saved $100+ on a 2lb box doing this in-store, even with emailing a label for them to print in-store and buying a box. It worked really well and saved me 70% off the down the street FedEx shipping with 1-day difference in arrival. So depending on your specific needs, this location had amazingly great service, well informed employees, and helped get my box out door for at a really great price (using pre-paid online shipping on UPS.com) read more

They charge $1.50 to print a prepaid UPS return label. The receipt they hand you for free when you drop off a package is printed on the same sticker paper as a label so the nonsense about ･ﾟ: *･ﾟ:*high-quality materials･ﾟ: *･ﾟ:* is just that. Pro-tip if you need to a print your UPS return label print it for 22¢ at FedEx down the street. BTW FedEx prints their own labels for free. read more

Nancy is a theif! They steal packages and try to delete tracking numbers out of the system. The employee Oscar told me "he can't confirm or deny if my package was stolen... and that my tracking number wasn't in the system or my name." ... BUT here I am all my receipt and deleivery confirmation from UPS, with all of the said information. This place needs to be investigated. I would NOT recommend this UPS Store at 232 E 2nd St!!! They have lost multiple packages of mine at different times or have been slow in processing items. I often receive delivery alerts before the store has even registered the items, causing delays when I needed those packages sooner. After checking their Google reviews, which I wish I had done before renting a PO box with them, I saw that someone else lost an expensive item through this UPS location and they did very little to help him. The only reason I still use them right now is because I already paid for a set amount of time in advance and cannot get a refund if I stop using the mailbox. I have found them disorganized when it comes to receiving packages, which causes delays, misplaced items that are eventually found, or packages that are lost entirely. This is not a one-time issue. It happens often. I even overheard a staff member telling another customer to make sure to write "The UPS Store" on packages to avoid delivery confusion. No one told me this directly; I had to learn it by listening in on someone else's conversation. Some of the staff are unhelpful and will just tell you to go to Amazon for a refund instead of actually looking for your item thoroughly. Once my time with this location is up, I will not be renewing. read more

The time and day I went was a great experiences I got in and out as there was very little traffic. I love that for me. The person had time to tend to my needs as again there was little foot traffic. I had two packages to send (cable box and a router) and the gentleman (man with glasses, sorry I totally forgot his name) was so helpful and KIND. DO NOT choose this UPS store access point as pick up location for your online purchase! I had a package shipped to that location and the tracking said it was delivered. But when I tried to pick it up the store employee told me they never received it in the first place. I tried filing a claim and started an investigation with UPS. However after several weeks and multiple attempts with UPS support call, they kept insisting the package was delivered. Pretty sure somebody stole my package and I'm not sure how that's possible when shipping to UPS store. Now I'm forced to file a police report, but I don't have high hope. Absolutely the worst experience with UPS in my entire life. read more
