Course has been around since 1924 and is 6,600+ yards with plenty of trees and some water holes that come into play. Sadly the clubhouse and snackbar is underpar, but I guess if you're there to play golf that's all that matters to most as opposed to having a place to hang out, enjoy a cold beer with good food and a view of the course. Bunkers are hard dirt or packed clay, the greens are bumpy and slow and the range conjoins with the golf course interesting enough. They do allow single players where most course are moving to 2-4 players to book and there's usually availability to play on any given day.

The tee boxes were also in good condition, and our golf cart ran perfectly with no issues at all. The staff was friendly, polite, and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. You can tell the team takes pride in maintaining the course and making sure golfers feel comfortable and taken care of. The greens could use a little work, but nothing that can't be improved, and it certainly didn't take away from the enjoyment of the round. We still had some great shots and a lot of fun out there. This is a perfect course for the average golfer who wants to get better--the longer yardage makes it a great challenge without being overwhelming. It's a course that helps you work on your game while still being enjoyable. A nice bonus was the food cart service--she was very friendly and made the round even more enjoyable.
