They have no supervisor watching, they don't know the difference between a bush and a tree. They leave cut grass all over the sidewalks, do not pick up any kind of pruning or weeding debris and their grass cutters whizz though like they're in a race leaving a lousy job behind. The overall attitude of their workers is awful. Maybe they aren't getting paid enough, but that is not an excuse for poor service. They did the same thing to the complex behind us. So I know it wasn't just our service that was lousy. My advice - don't use them! They obviously have very little knowledge and provide awful service.
