I got my birding supplies (seed, suet and a suet cage) as well as a few slightly pricey mini pumpkins. Are they the cheapest? No. Are the prices fair? Yes. I was treated well and even joined their loyalty club that NEVER EXPIRES. You get $5 when you reach $250 in purchases. If I had a horse, I would get my feed here!

We were your prime audience, your target market and we didn't feel like it mattered we were there. Ask how old our child is, know what sorts of things kids that age need! Pay attention to your customers! The sales clerks were very interested in talking to each other about their Christmas store design for the 20 mins we were shopping. Hope it's as cute as you say it is - we won't be coming back anytime soon.

The store is full of gift ideas and the staff was on hand to answer questions. Their window was colorful and welcoming to us as we walked around the area. I request hearty indoor plants for my friend since she doesn't have the biggest green thumb and they recommended these - spider plant and philodendron. They were super quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and delivered promptly. My friend loved it and sent the pictures of the delivered plants! Great place!

I returned to the store, and the woman at the counter opened two other boxes of the same size for a possible exchange. One was about 1/2 full and the other was missing a smaller amount, still not full. Their solution? Offer me the fullest one or pour some from another bottle--what?! Larger sizes were cellophane wrapped, making me wonder if these had been testers. When I asked for a refund, stating that it is a defective product, the owner was called to the front and condescendingly refused, offering store credit only. I had spent a total of $232 at the store the day I purchased the cologne, just a week prior! The young girl at the counter was extremely kind and apologetic. However, the owner clearly does not stand behind her products or value customers. I have made many purchases at this store over the years. I will not be returning!

LMAO. take your money to any one of the 1000 other granite places that exist and don't get burned like me.
