I would never buy an appliance elsewhere. My refrigerator broke on 7/2/2025, just before Fourth of July, but fortunately, I had an additional one to store everything while I looked for a new one. I wasn't sure which model I wanted. I called James and he told me the model he recommended and the cost. Since Petrillo's was far from my house, I went to Best buy, Lowes, Gerhard's and Kieffer's. I saw so many refrigerators, but James's recommendation was by far the best! Not only that, but his price beat out all of those stores and also it included taking away my old refrigerator and delivery of my new one. He made the experience so easy and I have a great refrigerator that fits in a very small space with no problems at all. Delivery was perfect. I believe to support your neighborhood stores so we went to Petrillo's. We were met by the owners son if I recall right Jimmy. I kind of new what brand I want as I have a friend who repairs appliances and he told me what was good and what was bad. My wife knew what she want in the oven and we told him. We just sat back as he went through what was out there. He said honestly look at the GE. Better warrantee and last longer. He hit exactly what my friend said. He said there is 3 different models. He asked for my cabinet size and said it will fit. He went through them all and at the end said I recommend the middle model it's a little cheaper and really are you going to use the inside camera to watch your food cook. Save your money. So we said ok and we bought it. He said the warehouse has one in stock. We were there on a Saturday. I wanted him to install it. He said I have my own installation guys, we have our own trucks and we if you want will get rid of the old one. We said go for it. I asked if he could install ASAP. as we are having the whole family over for Christmas dinner. He said ok Friday and I will call you with the time. He called us Thursday and said the warehouse who supplies the stores messed up and the one that you bought is now out of stock. Jimmy said I know I promised you Friday and I am putting in the top more expensive model and no extra charge. N I w that is a store that I will always buy from. The model he is now installing cost $800.00 dollars more. He said I will eat the extra cost. I keep my word. I know this was long but I just wanted to say, this is the store that you want to buy from. Installation went great. His guys took so many precautions not to damage and walls or anything. They were clean no mess at all. Took the old stuff out. And they both were gentlemen and funny. They gave me a class on operating the oven. I taped it and showed it to the wife when she got home. I am so happy with the oven. It looks and fits well. We even watched our food cook on our cell phone. Haha. In a nutshell I really recommend Petrillo's. Actually 5 stars are just way too few for Petrillos Appliances in Feasterville,PA! This is my third appliance that I purchased from them. James, the owner, is so very nice, friendly and courteous as is his salesman. I was looking for an electric dryer and they both, very patiently, assisted me by showing me every model and brand explaining all the features. They are very knowledgeable and very honest in all the brands. Since I have a problem making a decision, they were kind enough to help me break down what I actually wanted in a dryer at a price that was very reasonable. They walked me through a few dryers and I finally made a choice after calling my husband and hashing it out with him. Bottom line, they delivered it the next day and discovered I had a gas dryer so obviously the one they brought was incorrect. James had no problem with my error and said I would have the gas dryer the next day which I did. The gentlemen, and I mean gentlemen, who delivered and installed the dryer were also very patient. Our dishwasher stopped working and we wanted to replace it quickly. I did a lot of research online and had some brand names in mind that I was interested in. I was so tired of the bad service and lack of knowledge at the big box stores, that I was willing to pay more and settle for less of a selection by going to a smaller, local store. Happily, I was wrong. They had the same brands that I was interested in, at the same prices advertised by the big boxes. In the end, it was actually cheaper because they charged less for delivery and disposal than the big boxes did. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Then they apologized that the DW couldn't be installed the next day, and it took two days instead. The installation person was great as well. I bought a GE washing machine from Petrillo's. I thought I was doing a nice thing by buying local instead of from a big box store. I wish the sales person had told me that the was loud and would be fine for a laundry room on another floor but perhaps not for a one floor condo. You can hear it agitate and vibrate with the door to the laundry room closed. I had GE check it and was told that's the way they are built now. GE said if I was unhappy I would have to go through the store I bought it from and speak to their next level GE person (sort of like a district manager). When I called the store, the owner was very nasty and abrupt and told me there was no one to speak to, that I had to go through GE. Went back to GE and was told there is nothing they can do since it's not broken. I am in the market for new kitchen appliances, but would never buy from Petrillo's again. I was looking to replace a very old stove for my parents. After doing a lot of research, I thought I had found a potential option. One of the retailers that sold that particular stove was Petrillo's. After looking at their good reviews, I stopped in to talk to them about a possible option. I went to the right place! Nate and Joe promptly informed me that GE still made the same stove that my parents had -- updated for 2019. I had no idea that was even an option. I purchased the stove and a new hood. On the day of delivery, Brett arrived promptly and assessed the situation. He was so polite, courteous, and accommodating. He really respected my parents home. He was neat, had a floor covering placed down, and cleaned everything up. The stove required extra cutting to fit into the old space, and Brett did a superb job! We recently had a wonderful kitchen remodel and purchased new appliances from Petrillo's. We already had a Kitchen Aid dishwasher and wanted our new appliances to match. Our salesperson, James, listened carefully to our requirements and matched them to a Kitchen Aid stove, microwave, hood and refrigerator. The pricing was fair and and James informed us of rebates. When delivered, the hood was damaged when opened and they immediately returned it to the truck and delivered a replacement the next day. I emailed James a week or so later about cleaning products for the electric stove and he responded with a recommended process to clean a glass cooktop without purchasing expensive cleaners that works like a charm. About 2 weeks after the kitchen appliance purchase, our dryer stopped working. I again emailed James for a recommendation for a reasonably priced dryer with features he thought were important and no extra bells and whistles. James sent me a recommendation and we then stopped by to discuss and ultimately purchased the dryer from Petrillo's; it was delivered the next day. The delivery staff explained the operation of the dryer and then asked if we had any questions about our new kitchen appliances. This was a pleasant surprise and they answered all of our questions about the stove and oven especially about oven cleaning and specifically showed us features of the refrigerator that we had not discovered yet. I did price comparisons with major suppliers like Best Buy, Home Depot and Lowe's and they were similar. Because Petrillo's is exclusively a supplier of appliances, the customer service is genuine and they will assist with repairs and questions for the life of the appliances.
