I had the whole thing done less than 15 minutes. No delivery fee no pick up fee of all appliance and install all for the one price of the washing machine. The drawers wrack, the "easy close" bottom fridge door does NOT close unless you give it a good push...the space is no where near what I asked for, which was comparable to my LG...which, by the way, from a manufacture perspective was very much superior to this unit, to be nice...it keeps the food cold...the freezer works...the icemaker spews cubes everywhere when the freezer drawer is opened...sometimes into the bottom of the freezer where you cannot reach, or remove anything to get there, usually onto the floor for someone to slip on...the worst this is, that I called the store left a scathing message with a request for response...what I got was someone laughing in their response as if this were all a joke. Consider this, the next time you go to a "trusted" vendor.

Shannon, our service tech, may look like a bit like Reservoir Dogs' Michael Madsen ("Mr. Blonde"), but he was a master Mr. Fix-It more like Tarantino's problem-solving Pulp Fiction protagonist "Winston Wolfe" (infamously played by Harvey Keitel). He diagnosed the challenging problem and on the spot called into Samsung for specialized parts. Shannon was back a week later and did the fix, restoring our fridge to it's factory freezin' glory, and giving our suspenseful story the happiest of endings.

    In August of 2025, I hired Mr. Appliance of Doylestown to install an icemaker in my basement. The…read moretechnician came to my house three times to try install it. The first time he came later in the afternoon and said that he shouldn't have been schedule for this time because he had a personal appointment to go to; he left without installing it. He came back two weeks later and improperly installed the icemaker, which flooded my basement the next day. He came back a third time to tell me I had the wrong icemaker, I should order another one, and I should also hire a carpenter to create an access panel when the new icemaker gets delivered, it would be easier for him to install the icemaker, which should prevent the leaking that happened when he initially installed the other icemaker. I had a carpenter come by, and he said that any decent plumber could install this icemaker without an access panel, and that the Mr. Appliance technician is clearly incompetent. I then hired a plumber to install the icemaker properly for $250 in November, almost three months, after I hired Mr. Appliance of Doylestown and paid them over $400.00 to do nothing. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB has informed me that Mr. Appliance won't engage with them. Please be careful dealing with these people.

    The absolute worst service experience. First and last time using Gerhard's Appliances. I was…read moreemailed two delivery time frames. I accepted 8-12am. Driver calls me @ 6:31am asking where I am? Shows up @ 7:08am. We were sleeping. I contact the driver and he tells me I should have been ready. Customer Service is not available until 9am to discuss the matter. I email customer service, explain the situation and ask them to contact me. No one contacts me. The only email I receive is a confirmation my order is cancelled. No explanation for what happened or an apology for the inconvenience. I would rather pay more money elsewhere than deal with this level of poor service again. So disappointed.

    Your top Customer Service employees Jessica is the reason for such an outstanding review!!!…read more We brought an appliance the appliance was faulty we were trying to replace our faulty appliance we felt hopeless until we met Jessica from their Customer Service department she was beyond helpful very understanding to our situation and did everything to make better by us which she did Gerhard's is lucky to have such an amazing employee who really takes care of their customers she is what most places lack a reliable, accountable outstanding customer representative she listened she worked hard to resolve all issues and kept us in the loop as she resolved she had resolved a month and half of aggravation IN A DAY believe she restored our faith back in Gerhard's as long as she is there.
