I have never left empty handed, always end up buying stuff at each trip. At this store not only do they have a vast variety of products but their customer is the BEST. I have mainly worked with Justin. He goes above and beyond to help you find the right product and right deal. He is great at follow-thru and reaching out to his customers. If you are looking for old school mentality (customer first) with great customer service, he is the guy! He takes his time explaining any product and is very knowledgeable with Le Creuset products. He never makes you feel rushed to make a decision and has also stayed after hrs to help me with my purchases. I was greeted by a friendly clerk who showed me where to find the presses. The store is decorated for fall and Halloween. They have a lot of inspiration. I saw some gadgets that I needed. I was flabbergasted by all the fancy coffee makers. I can't imagine spending $5k on a coffee machine. I attended one of their cooking classes - Kung Pao Pork", today. Chef Barb was down-to-earth, informative and engaging. She taught us a new way to prepare rice. We watched her prepare the chicken and veggies and learned about a blended olive oil that they sell in the store. And the best part was we tasted the final product. The staff is friendly and helpful. During my visit, they were hosting a "bake sale" to raise money to fight hunger in children. I picked up a coffee cake to support the cause. I'll be a regular at the store. I love the high quality kitchen ware and the friendly staff.

She also admitted that the system was having a glitch, so it was not my imagination. We also went to the food court, of course and the food was delicious. I'll be at not necessarily hot, but there is a microwave in the seating area where you can heat up your food. Also disappointing about the food area was that I didn't actively see anyone cleaning all the tables and chairs and on this particular day, an employee confirmed they had officially run out of napkins. This IKEA, although is a little bit smaller than I'm used to is fantastic because for a Saturday afternoon to not have to fight crowds is such a relief!!!!

David L was our initial poc and I should've known something was special about him when he kept pulling more and more items out of a moderately sized bag like a magician with rabbits. He came to our home and worked with us on what we needed versus preferences - including concerns and potential issues we didn't even think of. His time and focus on our project was just the beginning of our walkin shower journey. Our second poc was Carrie who is exceptionally competent at the "office" side of the business; she managed the inner workings and even made direct contact with the VA for us so that we wouldn't be stuck in the middle. Her affable nature and consistent communication made this part of the process - which I thought would be the worst - easy and stress free. Our materials took some time to come in but we never felt forgotten during those weeks. And then installation day came! Our expert installer, David H, literally sealed the deal for us. He was so respectful of our home and genuinely a delight to work with. He is well versed in this industry and his skills are beyond compare. I was impressed that he knew the answers to most of our questions but of the few he didn't know, he called someone who did to provide us with accurate information instead of just making something up. We were extremely pleased with his personality and his workmanship. In the end, we got an outstanding new bathroom shower with zero hiccups and complete confidence in Superior Bath Systems. We could not have found such a unique and positive experience with any other company; I am sure of it. I would give this company far more stars if I could; definitely recommend.
