had one of the most disrespectful and disappointing experiences at Gravity Autos Hollywood. I came in genuinely ready and excited to close a deal on a vehicle. I was respectful the entire time and was working directly with Gianni and Giovanny. Everything seemed to be moving in the right direction. I was serious about making the purchase and fully intended to make the deal happen that day. I didn't even come alone -- I brought my best friend with me, who was also seriously interested in purchasing a high-end McLaren 720S, one of his dream cars. Between the two of us, this could have been a major opportunity for the dealership. During the process, I happened to find another deal elsewhere that was slightly better. Instead of being dismissive, I communicated that openly because I believe in being transparent when making big financial decisions. That's when things took a shocking turn. Moe, the finance manager -- someone I had never even spoken to prior -- suddenly told me "f*** you." Completely unprovoked. No prior interaction. No disrespect from me. Nothing. Just outright hostility. I was honestly stunned. No customer deserves to be spoken to like that, especially when they're there prepared to spend serious money. Even after that, they attempted to discount the vehicle a bit more to keep the deal alive. But at that point, it wasn't about price anymore. Disrespect does not have a price tag. It was extremely upsetting -- not just for me, but for my friend as well. We walked in dressed casually -- basic clothes, I was even wearing slides -- but that should NEVER determine how someone is treated. You can't judge someone's capability or seriousness based on appearance. That kind of mindset is outdated and unprofessional. For a dealership that's only been open about a year, you would expect hunger, professionalism, and respect for serious buyers. Instead, we were met with arrogance and blatant disrespect. I had an awful experience with one of their salespeople, and after bringing my concerns to the owner, who goes by Danny but whose real name is Hani, he assured me he would make things right by helping me get the exact car I wanted. He told me he was bidding on a specific vehicle for me at auction and even showed me the car in the auction inventory. Later, he claimed that he had been outbid and was unable to purchase it. However, not long afterward, the exact same car--with the same VIN number--appeared for sale on his lot. The entire situation felt dishonest and misleading. What was supposed to be an effort to fix a bad experience only made me question the integrity of the dealership even more. I want to leave a good review for this dealership because they have good people and a nice selection of cars. I honestly think a lot of you misunderstand how the car business works. Fees exist at almost every dealership, but the important part is paying attention, asking questions, and negotiating the dealer correctly. If you know how to negotiate - you get the best price. I purchased an M8 and in my case, they gave me a really strong deal compared to other dealers. They also took the car to BMW for a full inspection before delivery, which I appreciated. Everything checked out great + added a warranty for extra peace of mind. Ask them for financing discounts. Even if you finance through the dealership, nobody stops you from refinancing later with your own credit union. That's exactly what I personally did with my BMW. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and the way I was treated. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good deal and luxury cars. read more

No matter how great the car looks online - DO NOT buy from Gravity Autos. You will be screwed. If you think you will have a different outcome, God bless you, you won't. The good reviews they get are from friends and family. Lies. I bought a used Tesla at Gravity Autos in Feb 2026 in Hollywood, Florida. I'm in Texas. During the purchase process the sales guy was nice, friendly and responded quickly. Yes, I saw the other bad reviews and that they lost a lawsuit regarding deceptive trade practices in 2025 but thought they had turned their business around. They haven't. I explained on the phone and in writing that I was looking for the year, model and interior/exterior color of the Tesla they had BUT it must have Full Self Driving. FSD was an $8-$10,000 option Tesla could be sold with. I explained that it had to be included in the original car sale and be transferable to me as the new owner. I was assured this option was included with the car and would transfer. I confirmed again on phone and writing and was told it absolutely came with the car. They said they knew all about it because the manager drove a Tesla. After we agreed on a price they added all types of misc fees. I had to fight to get them removed. More problems started after I signed the paperwork. I couldn't get information on when the car would ship or deliver. Communication stopped. I kept calling and emailing with very little response. Then suddenly I got a text saying the car was in town but couldn't be delivered to my home for some reason, I must come to it and I had 20 minutes or the driver was leaving and I'd have to pay extra to reschedule. I rushed to pick up the car. Coming off the truck all four tires were flat or mostly flat. Steel belts were showing on three tires. There was far more damage than disclosed. Door dings, dents, scrapes. I had asked about the tires and was told in writing they were in very good condition. I had asked about dents and was told there was a ding on the bumper. The video they sent showed that and nothing else. Inside the car the wood accents were worn and damaged. Not as pictured. Not as described. Luckily, there was a used car lot right by the pick up place that had a portable compressor. I filled the tires and drove. A message kept appearing saying there was a problem with the side pillar camera and it couldn't be turned off. There was also a loud rattle from the front driver side. When I got home I called Gravity. The sales person sent me to finance. The finance person told me I must have caused the camera problem, flat tires, belt damage, dents and interior damage. Maybe it happened on the delivery truck. They said they drove it daily and there was no rattle. He literally yelled at me. I was married for 10+ years so it didn't bug me. Next day, flat tires. Took the car to tire shop. Front tires were completely bare on the inside and had recent shoulder repairs. The rear tires had been driven while flat and the belts were buckled. All 4 tires had to be replaced. $1,750. Shop said car also needed a front end alignment because the front driver tire was about a 1/4" from the wheel well and had rubbed away part of the liner. I took it to Tesla. The side pillar camera was broken. $250. Alignment $350. They also checked the rattle. The bolts attaching the subframe to the frame were almost completely unscrewed. Because they had been loose for a long time the holes in the subframe were routed out. Tesla said the nuts could fall off or the bolts slip through the holes at any time. The car was unsafe and should not be driven. If the bolts failed the entire front subframe would detach and the front end of the car would separate while driving. A catastrophic failure. Fatal failure. Car was undriveable. Repair cost just to make the car safe/driveable: $3,500. Also the car did not have Full Self Driving. I could subscribe for $99 mo. I sent all of this information to Gravity and called. I asked them to cover the tires, subframe repair and one year of FSD. They refused. They said the car was sold AS IS. More yelling. They sent me $1,000. That was it. I've spent close to $6,000 not including FSD and they sent $1,000. They told me it was my fault and I should have checked everything before buying. Then I waited two months for my Texas registration. My temporary tags expired April 18. I called and emailed repeatedly before expiration with no response until the day the tags expired. They said there was nothing they could do and Texas was behind on registrations. Another lie. They finally connected me with the third party handling the registration. I got some paperwork and went to DMV, waited three hours, and got my plates myself. Gravity truly is the worst. I've been lied to, yelled at and ripped off. DO NOT buy from them. read more

Every explanation contradicted the last. And every step revealed something new and shady. The vehicle was advertised on CarGurus for $113,500. The moment we contacted them, the price became a moving target. First, we were told the price would be $115,500 for cash and $113,500 if we financed. When we pointed out that the car was already listed at $113,500, the salesperson, Viviana, immediately changed her story. Suddenly $113,500 "would have been the best cash price" after all. That directly contradicts the earlier message where $113,500 was supposedly the financing price. It continued to go downhill from there. We asked why the price kept changing, and Viviana switched explanations again, claiming the lower price only applied because of "financing incentives," despite having just said the opposite. They then sent us a paper quote showing $115,500 as the cash selling price and padded it with multiple fees that were never disclosed in the listing, including fees that should not apply when we were handling registration ourselves. When I asked Viviana why the price had gone up to $115,500 again, I was told that was the cash price, even though she had previously told us that $113,500 was the best possible cash price. To top off the whole mess, the price on CarGurus magically changed again after we questioned the inconsistencies, jumping from $113,500 to $113,999. Nothing says "we got caught" like quietly editing the listing mid-negotiation. Gravity Autos Hollywood could not stick to a single price or a single truth for more than five minutes. The entire experience was a rotating carousel of contradictions, false information, surprise fees, and shifting promises. There was no transparency, no consistency, and absolutely no reason to trust anything they said. If you're considering doing business with this dealership, save yourself the headache.
