I wanted to work with someone and strategize with someone before a tool kit came out into the open. I wanted to brainstorm about a doorbell camera, not just get one cuz everyone has them. We had discussed bumping up my WiFi and he had Eero's in stock/on hand. Boom everything is wicked fast now. Three stories here with an Eero puck/router on each floor. He BEAUTIFULLY re-mounted my Samsung Frame, encouraged my instinct to go Sonos soundbar & a Sonos mini-sub-woofer. He helped me re-synch my Sonos One SL speakers and double checked all his work. I also want to compliment Luis on his dry wall work; always a gnarly option, you never know how that's going to go. We had to do a lot of surgery to get this look - NO wires visible. We opened a couple holes and a channel, he had the right drywall saw and did fine work. Luis offered shoe covers upon arrival and cleaned up after himself with his own broom/dustpan. He also didn't pack up his stuff and dart out as soon as he could, he walked me through the new apps, made sure The Frame was synched and ran performance tests to make sure everything was just right. I'm super thrilled with the state of things around here tonight and will definitely have Luis back for more work in the future! Look at how perfect this hang is; he used two kinds of levels, knew where studs & joists were and wasn't satisfied until we were both satisfied. They were on time with the appointment and very professional while working in my home. They went beyond my requested service call and even helped me with my sound connection to the surround sound. Review long time coming…read more Installed a TV mount to my chimney fireplace and it's rock solid. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.

I hired him thinking I'll help a small business owner instead of BestBuy. I trusted him due to his connection with a real estate networking group out of Brea. He has put me and my family at risk by not finishing the installation of the internet networking equipment that I had purchased. Over $700 that he owes me and the hassle of chasing him down. The last time, I had three TV's mounted on the wall, and he did not, personally come, but two of his "installers" came. The work was not up to par if T's work, but the job got done. I desperately needed T's help, recently, to re-hook up my living room TV and components, as I went through some renovations and the workers did not know how to hook everything back. I called and texted T SEVERAL times, not to ever get a return call or response. I told him what I needed done, which, for T, should've been a quick, easy job. After all, it was good original work and set up. Phone calls, texts, and emails were to no avail and went completely unanswered! I am so disappointed in him! This is highly unprofessional of him. He should have responded in some form or fashion. I had spoken highly of him, in the past, and wrote him an outstanding review, but now I have to speak/review my current experience with T and it is VERY UNFAVORABLE!
