March 2025: what a 5-star appt I had today w Luis! I had requested an advisor in my Yelp solicitation. I wanted to work with someone and strategize with someone before a tool kit came out into the open. I wanted to brainstorm about a doorbell camera, not just get one cuz everyone has them. We had discussed bumping up my WiFi and he had Eero's in stock/on hand. Boom everything is wicked fast now. Three stories here with an Eero puck/router on each floor. He BEAUTIFULLY re-mounted my Samsung Frame, encouraged my instinct to go Sonos soundbar & a Sonos mini-sub-woofer. He helped me re-synch my Sonos One SL speakers and double checked all his work. I also want to compliment Luis on his dry wall work; always a gnarly option, you never know how that's going to go. We had to do a lot of surgery to get this look - NO wires visible. We opened a couple holes and a channel, he had the right drywall saw and did fine work. Luis offered shoe covers upon arrival and cleaned up after himself with his own broom/dustpan. He also didn't pack up his stuff and dart out as soon as he could, he walked me through the new apps, made sure The Frame was synched and ran performance tests to make sure everything was just right. I'm super thrilled with the state of things around here tonight and will definitely have Luis back for more work in the future! Look at how perfect this hang is; he used two kinds of levels, knew where studs & joists were and wasn't satisfied until we were both satisfied. Luis was extremely attentive to my knees and knowledgeable. I got a 5.1.4 surround sound system installed in my living room and was very happy with the quality of the sound as well as the job. Amazing work by these guys. Had to have 3 TVs mounted, install 5 LED recessed lighting (have them wireless so we can turn them off/on through our phones), change the 4 lightings to LED recessed lighting, have our light/fan switched out in our room for new ones and install 2 security cameras. They do all sorts of things, very handy. There work was clean and fast. Price was very reasonable compared to all the other quotes we received. Would definitely recommend! I had a 55" tv and a PS4 Pro that I wanted to get mounted, he replied within 20 mins and we set up the appointment with clear costs. He showed up early and on time with 1 other guy and they honestly finished under an hour I was really surprised with how quick and professional they were, they cleaned up after themselves and even provided the wire ties and power strip to help keep everything clean and wireless looking. He did this job back in July of 2019 and we have never had problems with both mounting jobs done. I am about to contract him again in 2020 to mount my new 65" and our old PS3! read more

My review is over due. Just want to thank Luis with Next Level AV for installing our Ring Flood Light cameras. They were all hard wired but Luis made the job look easy. He did a great job. He offered to help set up cameras over the ring app as well. Their quote was better than anyone else's. Thing I like the most is that they gave me a quote for the project (installing Ring Flood light cameras which I already bought) I was asking for rather than convincing me to get a 24 hours security monitoring system (which is what many other businesses on Yelp did). We have and have had a few systems over the years; old systems updated to new ones and both old and new, connected and disconnected, are left together in the same place.
