They don't stand behind their Warranty. I purchased new bike tires from gravity that were supposed to be under warranty. The back tire failed and I was told they don't make this particular tire anymore and the owner tried to push another off brand tire on me. I wouldn't accept the off brand tire which was a big miss match and the owner became very rude and angry with me. I asked for my bike back and he brought it back to me unassembled with just the bare rim with no tire to protect the rim. He said he threw away the original tire when I asked for it. Funny how I was able to go on line and find the exact same tire that they said they don't make anymore. I felt like I was being scammed. The guy became pretty hostile with me. My boyfriend and I own Specialized Vado eBikes and our Specialized bike shop in Heber City became a Trek dealer a few years ago. While they can work on the bike part of a Specialized, they don't work on the electronic parts. Thank goodness for Gravity Coalition - they ran diagnostics on my boyfriend's bike and determined that the battery had completely failed after less than two years. They sent his receipt and the diagnostic info to Specialized and got the battery replaced under warranty. It took three weeks, but I'm pretty sure that was because Specialized was dragging their feet - Gravity Coalition diagnosed the bike within a few days and got the ball rolling. They kept us up to date with the status and were very friendly. We did get charged for the diagnostic service, but not the battery. I would recommend this shop for all of your eBike needs! read more

I came into the store just before closing looking for a ski bag as I'm from out of town and just purchased skis locally. I could not find a ski bag anywhere including Salt Lake. I wasn't sure how I was going to get these skis home. Jennie told me she could ship them home for me. The rate she gave me was way cheaper than buying a ski bag and paying for an extra bag at the airport. Super helpful, plan on returning in the summer for MTB gear! read more

I have been looking for a decent bicycle for my 7-year old daughter for a while around my area of Central Valley, California. I have not been able to find a 24" bike anywhere and her current bike is so small and has a lot of issues! I found Gravity Coalition online and saw they had a fantastic Cannondale 24" bike in stock. Excellent customer service! I called last minute looking for a specific bike for my sons birthday. They had just gotten a few in, and Jenny went above and beyond to quickly get it assembled and ready for us to pick up. She even offered to come in before the shop opened to accommodate our time frame. As we were there I noticed her husband helping a customer outside who was trying on shoes.
