Gravity Coffee is one of my favorite coffee shops and I tend to choose it above Starbucks and Bigfoot Java. I come at least three times a week and the baristas are always super friendly and attentive. I've come to know them all pretty well and I'm always excited to catch up. The coffee and energy drinks are some of the best in the area. At some point, I think I've tried just about all the options, and I'm never disappointed. The Eclipse and Cosmo mochas are my favorite coffee options, but I also love the peach passion and sunburst mimosa teas. The only one who might love this Gravity stand more than me is my dog. Coco comes with me almost every time I stop and she's always greeted by the baristas and given a pupuccino. It's usually the highlight of her day! Although it wasn't my first time at Gravity Coffee, it was my first time here at the Auburn location and let me just say it is by far my FAVORITE GC spot here in Washington!!! Easterzandy served us when we were there and she did exceptionally well with my family and I's drinks and even handed out a few lollipops for my 1 yr-old daughter. Let's not forget her positive energy towards us the whole time! She was the sweetest! It made my babygirl's day as it did mine and I would definitely go back to try out the other drinks there. Drinks were served in a timely manner and she also recommended one of their most popular drinks to us too. I love this location. I've never been there in person, I usually order thru DoorDash but I love the employees. They always make my day. I'd call myself a pretty usual customer and I think they only just started doing it but they leave little notes or little hearts on my drinks and it always makes my day. Like the smallest of things can make someone's day and seeing that when I open my door just puts a smile on my face. I usually order the redbull energy drink things they have there and I get my mom a coffee :) she loves the coffee and it always meets her "high expectations". I love this coffee stand. I started going to Gravity in downtown Puyallup. All of the girls were super sweet but Madi really stood out. She always helps me decide what to order because I never know quite what I'm in the mood for. She would always take time to talk to my son in the backseat and he looked forward to our coffee trips. Once we heard she was moving to the Auburn stand, we were very sad! We decided to take a trip out to Auburn and this stand was awesome! 2 sides makes it even faster! The location is great and all of the girls there are just as sweet as the Puyallup location. Madi is a great addition to your coffee stand and is the reason we keep coming back. Loved gravity coffee ever since zandy introduced me to it, made me love the drinks I never thought I would such as energy drinks. She's so lovely and catchy w convos when we order, very fast with orders esp when we make big orders, and she just very dependable. The customer service itself is js beautiful like her, even my family loves coming to gravity coffee b4 going to the gym to get protein shakes and her jokes always cracks us up. The location again is very inconvenient for us bc our gym is closer there and when I want or crave a protein shake or an energy drink I come here. Forget all the negative comments on the rest of the reviews. Of all the all the Gravity Coffee stands I've been to, the Auburn stand is by far the best. Can't beat great customer service. The baristas here aren't snobs like most stands and know how to open up to conversation while making your drink which is pretty nice when you're feeling dead and tired from a long day or an early morning. You also know it's great customer service when there's a long line in front of you, but by the time you get to the window, your drink is already made. They actually pay attention to your orders. If I had my own coffee business or a bar, I'd hire them in a heartbeat. read more

I recently just moved here in Auburn and I saw this coffee shop on my way home so I stopped by to check it out cause this weather was not IT lol. Not only is the coffee in my opinion the best in the area but the girls working here are witty and the best at making coffee. My all around go to place for coffee when I'm in need of a little pick me up or just to enjoy some quality coffee. Now stop messing up and going to giant chain places that start with "Big" or "Star". What I appreciate the most from the staff at Gravity is that they work to find the best drink for their clients. Yes, their blended coffees give you the kick-start needed to begin the day and are perfect for our hot summers. Gravity Coffee is one of my go-to spots for a great cup of coffee! The Force is my favorite, and it never disappoints. The biggest downside is the drive-through can get pretty backed up, and since all locations are standalone, there's no seating available. Service can be hit or miss, but the quality of the coffee makes up for it. Overall, a solid place for a quick and delicious pick-me-up! read more
