So good! I've been meaning to try Nektar, because our relatives love it, and finally my girls and I did. The gal working was super nice, her recommendation when I asked for one was spot on! She was calm & quick even though she was the only one working and had quite a few customers on a Wednesday morning bright and early. It was super clean and chill in there. Can't go wrong with the Açaí bowls. I had a yogurt parfait with the pb base, it was soo tasty! Just realized they're closed Sundays as we were going to visit again this morning before soccer games began. Good thing I checked first as we live in Puyallup. New juice bar alert!! Lots of healthily options available. The services is as expected greeted, order taken and then delivered. Pricing is affordable to the increase cost to live. The store is inviting you're able to sit and enjoy your order or take your order to go plenty of parking plenty of other alternatives places to choose in the area. We got two choices. Smoothie Rating: 4 stars. Great taste and lots of healthy options. Customer Service: 5 stars for friendliness, 1 star for frustrating wait time - it took us almost 30 minutes to get just 2 smoothies this time! It's a waiting game every time! (Sigh) A simple improvement would be to ask for customer names when taking orders and calling orders out by customer name instead the order. Unsure of the business model but I ordered 30 minutes ahead of arriving and was told I would have to wait, while someone walked in after me who ordered in her car after parking (drove up when I did) only to be given her online order within 5 minutes while I continued to wait. Certainly seems a bit out of order and disappointing that you need to order an hour ahead. read more

Happy to have this new business at the shopping center. I had looked at the menu prior to going in so I could have an idea of what they had, however, did not see the item we wanted on the big menu up above. There was a picture of something similar but I was told that was a custom item so it was an extra $3. Ended up costing $16 which seems kind of steep. My recommendation would be to really get to know their menu before ordering to avoid additional costs. Staff was nice but it seemed to take a long time to get our items. Had a terrible experience with the owner Whitney. She had every opportunity to help me and refused. I bought 4 bottles of product that were bad. When I tried them, I could tell that they tasted completely different than all other bottles of the same exact thing I had previously purchased. I reached out to her and explained the situation, that the ones I purchased I felt like were bad and that they still had two more weeks on their expiration dates. After bringing them in, she said because I brought them in warm she would refuse to return them. Though I had the receipt and was open to a different product to exchange them with (so I could feel more comfortable there would be no issues) she refused. I explained that after realizing they were rancid, I didn't feel the need to keep them refrigerated anymore and had had them sitting on my counter, ready to be taken back to the store. That apparently means that I am not able to get a refund or an exchange of a different product because I didn't put the bad ones back into the refrigerator. Even though there would be no way to resell them. She told me she would have liked to try them. I explained they had been opened and drank out of and she said yah I don't care I still would have tried them (apparently that's how she rolls, drinking other people's drinks ). She was completely unprofessional and quite rude. Response: I didn't want the same product again because I didn't want the same potentially issue twice, there is no reason why I would be willing to endure you twice if it happened again. Reduction of risk. So..... I purchased some drinks that don't expire yet two months ago, I didn't drink them until recently, when they were opened after been safety refrigerated during that time they were bad. I'm not beholden to having to use a product immediately after purchase...... And I never asked to upgrade anything, I asked to exchange them for any exactly the same price product..... And yah, I literally told you I was going to record you after you told me you had no contact info for anyone at Nekar, which was a lie, you were recorded for all of 41 seconds. Nékter is in a perfect spot in Lakeland Hills. I can't go often, but when I do, it's always a treat. They use quality ingredients and their portion sizes are plenty. I was here on Mother's Day and was made aware of a special promotion where I could buy one and get one free. They wished me a Happy Mother's Day and, as always, the service was great. I love the vibe in here and everything I've ordered in the three times I've been here is delicious. The best way I can describe it is it's like a next-level Jamba Juice or Emerald City Smoothie, with way more options than either. I've been a fan of Nektar since I frequent the one in Capitol Hill often. On opening day, this location is the perfect spot for something healthy and fresh in the area. I got the acai bowl with blueberries, strawberries, and bananas. Definitely recommend the crunchy granola and agave nectar on top. It came to around $15 after tip. It is a perfect pick-me-up when you are in the area, don't want to cook, and the customer service was very helpful and cheerful. Immaculately clean and organized interior set a great impression. I have never been to a Nekter before so I didn't know what to expect when I saw this place was opening. I had been looking for a place with healthy ingredients to grab on a lunch break and so far everything I have tried has been great.. I had never tried an açaí bowl before so I tried the most basic one with banana and berries and it was AMAZING. They also have the best tasting smoothies I have tried, wish I could make them taste like that at home. Sometimes it can be kind of busy but the staff is super nice. read more
