I've stayed there more than 20 nights over the last 2 years and thought it's time to post a review. Good place to lay your head and be close to the Village -- not much on amenities or room comfort that sets it apart for a 4 or 5 star review. Service is spotty, the manager is great and takes ownership when needed. The staff can be hit or miss, which is standard in this area as so many feel entitled or have some other kind of attitude like they are only there as a favor to their employer. Great location with good nearby eats. I'll stay there more because the price point is one of the best. read more

Just checked into the Gravity Haus in Jackson hole and so far so good! What made our experience next level was the attendant at the front desk, Connor. He was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in and made us feel very welcome. The room was nice and cool when we walked in which was refreshing on a warm July day. The room we booked (king room) is standard sized, not huge, but very comfortable - and ours has a little patio with a view overlooking the pool. I feel like I might've rated 4 stars because some of the building appears a little messy (the random little office spaces) or worn (the maze-like hallways) but because of the fabulous service I'm bumping it up! read more

I booked a 5 night stay. United Airlines cancelled our flight 3 days in a row and we were unable to get there. Once we gave up I contacted the hotel many times to seek relief from the $3800 I had paid them for the reservation. GM Conner and Grant treated me horribly and told me basically "too bad". They were rude, unprofessional, threatened to block me, etc and that they would do NOTHING. The hotel came well recommended but my treatment by management was abysmal. Nothing but rude remarks and absolutely nothing to ease the pain. No credit for a future stay. No offer of anything. Just their disgusting words. I will never stay at Gravity Haus. read more

Friendly staff and a beautiful hot tub we got to enjoy in the evening under the stars while the snow fell. We had a large spacious room with a well equipped kitchenette stocked with delicious teas and coffee enough dishes and bar wear for 4. Close to lots of restaurants in walking distance. read more

I'm really glad I decided to stay here! I almost didn't b/c of the mixed reviews. Check-in was easy, I took an unexpected detour on a road trip, had wanted to check out Jackson Hole. I kind of wanted to splurge - the Four Seasons was $1500 per night + $800 taxes/fees. Umm no. But I'm super glad I ended up here. The Four Seasons is up the hill, so not so convenient to go to the Mangy Moose to grab a bite (loved this place!) and the shops + HUGE deli downstairs. Grant checked me in, super nice, but not as nice as his handsome dog Baylian (sp?) a gorgeous 10 yo Golden Retriever who was admittedly sleeping on the job! LOVE hotels with dogs in the lobby! The room was basic but great & clean, Room 138. Plenty of counter space for toiletries in the bathroom - not one of those pedestal sinks (I hate those!). I was then 10 steps from the bar/restaurant, another score. I had been driving all day, and I just wanted to put my stuff in my room and have a decent meal + drink. Bar staff was friendly! Including Duck! In the morning, Dan was working, nice younger kid. All by himself but the breakfast crowd trickled in here and there. Super obnoxious old man loudly ordered "I'll have the $18 CHORIZO BURRITO." Dude, Mexico is south if you want a cheap chorizo burrito, you're in Jackson Hole, what do you expect. For anyone expecting perfect service, too, then go to the Four Seasons. We have stayed everywhere from Hampton Inns (I really like these) to the Four Seasons in Hawaii. For what you're paying for it's PERFECT. Also, parking is free/included in the resort fees. This hotel has a smaller lot with the hotel next door. Super close to my room. Closeness of everything made it convenient. I imagine even more convenient when it's snowing outside. TIP: I was on the 1st floor which is key when you're traveling with a pet. The upstairs room footsteps were a bit noisy not too bad, next time I might try a top floor room. Made sure to tell the staff I would definitely stay here again when I left! Amazing experience. The hotel and its amenities are nice and we were lucky enough to get a good room with a great view, but I am truly only writing this review for the amazing staff. Everyone was so incredibly welcoming, authentically kind, and truly committed to great service for their guests. I would be remiss if I didn't mention a gentlemen we kept having the pleasure of running into named Grant. He continually created a genuine rapport with us over the course of our trip to the point where we expected to walk through the lobby to debrief him on how the adventures of our day went. On the last night of our trip, after spending the previous 10 hours exploring Wyoming, we found the parking lot filled and asked Grant where else we could park near by. He told us he would move his car for us and for us to take his spot and we told him thank you but we couldn't ask him to do that. He profusely protested and said that it was his job to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. As we pulled into the spot, my girlfriend and I decided we had to write this review so whatever upper management of Gravity Haus reads this hopefully gives him and the rest of the employees a well deserved raise. read more

Check in was efficient and friendly. Parking is included with the registration. Our was ready on arrival and was nice and cool, which was very welcome as it was a warm day in Jackson. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and drinking establishments in the immediate area and there are pedestrian/bike trails to get around, making it very walkable. I love the Jackson Hole Gravity Haus! Amenities: pool and hot tub are the perfect way to end a ski day, and they have a killer gym as well. Super clean and stocked communal workspace too when needed. Food: super easy and convenient breakfast lunch dinner and Apres and White Pine restaurant inside the hotel. Service: staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Brought up hydration packets at check in to help with altitude. Side note: LOVE how eco conscious they are. They go out of their way to make everything sustainable and green. This hotel is very nice and the service was excellent. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the location was great. The room was brand new due to a recent remodeling. The pool was small but nice. The hot tub was nice but a bit shallow. I couldn't get the jets to touch my upper back, only my very low back. The restaurant was also very nice and yummy. The only think I didn't like was to get to your room, you had to walk the whole distance through the kitchen and then outside again. It pays to be a member there. read more

Worst breakfast experience. French toast on menu - sorry we don't have that. Really? It's not like they were out of bread, eggs or milk. Ordered 2 lattes w 2% only had whole, oat milk, soy milk, slow service and food prep w only four tables occupied. People next to us had ordered toast w bananas (since no French toast) asked for syrup and were told it was quite unusual but waiter would check if he could give them syrup. What?. $20 for Eggs over cooked, bacon charred - the potatoes were great. What a waste of time and money. Everywhere else we ate at Teton Village was much better. read more

DEPLORABLE.... stay somewhere else. Also, VERY LOUD. Make sure you're not on the first floor for the 5:30 AM deliveries. Even if you're a guest there, they start closing the restaurant down at 7:55 on a FRIDAY, and then you can expect to get rushed out of there. Internet was spotty. Front desk can't get the passwords right either. With all these problems, they offered me a SMALL credit OVER 3 weeks ago. But still haven't seen it, even though I've written 10 times. read more

They said that did a renovation, I don't think so. they just re-painted, or very cheap renovation they did. The bathroom is really tiny, and the heater/ac is really old one, not sure why they didn't change this.even couldn't turn on because of mold smell. And very old style small refrigerator which make a big noise. read more

Beware this business is a scam. They say they have instructor led classes, but unfortunately not at the Teton village location. No one ever informed me until I signed a contract. When I found out that there was no dry fit classes at Jackson, I requested my membership cancelled and they said they would send collections after me if I didn't pay. They market free bike rentals but unfortunately that again is not available at the Jackson location. For the unsuspecting traveler this might not be a big deal, but for local members who rely on these benefits, you let them down. read more

The good. Front desk staff was helpful with directions and general information on places to eat, etc. Free coffee and ice water also available at the front desk. Room was good (not very good or excellent)...but ok. Bathroom was a little small. A night light in the bathroom would be nice. TV was big but had to ask the front desk to help with connection to "TV" channel. Streaming worked well. My wife and I used the hot tub pool once. It was nice and warm. The bad: Because we had to reschedule our vacation (because of the potential government shutdown, Gravity Haus would not refund our entire, paid in full, bill. Very anti-customer friendly. We felt like we were being held hostage (not an overstatement) by management. We rebooked our stay, but because of this very poor experience (and bad culture), we give Gavity Haus 2 stars. BE CAREFUL. Look at other more customer friendly hotels. read more

I booked my reservation a few months ago when this was still the Continuum hotel. I've stayed in Teton Village two other times at the Snake River Lodge and the Terra. I chose to try this place because it was about $700 cheaper than the other two options. In retrospect I wish that I would've just spent the extra money. What I liked: 1. The price. Staying in Teton Village it's not cheap, but on booking.com, this place was $2200 for 4 nights. 2. The pictures of the pool and jacuzzi. I see pictures because I never went in either. I was really looking forward to the jacuzzi after a long day of skiing, but it was broken until our final night there. Also, since the hallways were all outside and this "resort" doesn't provide robes, the walk to and from the jacuzzi would've been brutal, and by the time I saw that it was open on her last night, I just couldn't do it. 3. The staff members were responsive and nice. 4. The shower had nice pressure and lots if hot water. 5. The location was very nice. A short hike to the gondolas, and about 200 steps back to the room after taking your skis off at the end of the day. What I disliked: 1. Gravity Haas tries to present themselves as a resort. They charge a daily resort fee. For this fee, you get parking (didn't need it took a taxi from the airport), wifi (which you have to put in and confirm your email to log into and hope they don't sell that info), and some coffees and teas in the room. There is a gym there, we were there to ski, not work out. Since they had just opened as Gravity Haus (and in my opinion, we're not ready to be open as a "resort,") I wasn't going to write a review but what changed my mind is them charging me $1.62 what my son thought was a free caramel candy in the room He said it wasn't very good. He loves candy, and even though he thought they were free, he left the other one. A real resort has free cookies and hot chocolate out for their guests at the end of the day like both the Terra and Snake River Lodge. 2. I didn't realize that the hallways were all outside, and it was cold. It took almost 4 hours for the heater under the window to warm our room and a full day for the floor not to be freezing. 3. I went searching for the ice machine and gave up because I was cold. It was on the 1st floor "Ice and Vending," but there was no vending machine only an ice machine, and the rest was being used as a storage room for glasses and other things. 4. The tapwater had a strange taste, I brought my water bottle to the bar, but the soda gun wasn't set up for filtered water yet. One of the employees helped me by getting water from a secret source under the counter. There was a place to refill water bottles in the gym that I found out about later. Unless you buy water bottles which I don't , it's not easy to have filtered water. 5. The restaurant. Looked at the menu online and saw a burger that looked good, so I booked it. When we got there, the menu the host handed us had the burger so I ordered it. Server gave me a strange look so I showed him the menu. he said that we were given the wrong menu went and got another one that was the exact same just without the burger on it. he said that menu didn't take affect until the 10th. The other options on the menu were far more expensive but we were hungry and there was a $25 cancellation fee to leave, so we stayed. Our food was good (short rib and bolognese), but the menu thing annoyed me. Also, out of the four places that we ate when we were there, my son, and I both had that one in fourth place. If you're looking for a lower price option to stay in Teton Village, and what I shared, doesn't bother you, this could be a good option. For me, in the future, if I'm going to spend the money to go to JHMR, spend a little more to have the resort experience. read more

It's fine. Overpaid for rooms, if you book directly they will honor a new price if it goes down but if you book on Expedia then they won't. Staff is OK. Very loud and noisy. Walls paper thin so we could hear dogs howling & people talking late at night. read more

This hotel is perfect base camp for any and all Teton adventures. Hot tub is so large and the pool is always heated. Close to the bus stop and rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is so kind and I'll definitely be back! read more
