The employee then proceeded to tell her there is the self check out you can use that, the woman told her I don't know how to use those, the employee just literally walked away!! I stepped in to try to help her but of course had an issue with the order so finally the male employee came over after I stated to him that their policy is ridiculous The poor woman kept saying to me I am so sorry you have to help me, I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS STORE!!!
