We certainly did enjoy this tour. Captain Dan was our tour guide. This particular tour was exactly perfect for our family; my brother and myself and our 88 year old Mom. Captain Dan was witty and articulate and offered a wealth of information about the Historic District of Savannah...as well as nearby other areas of interest for dining, shopping, and sight seeing.

Went on Dennis' Warmsloe/Bonaventure Cemetery Tour. We learned so much about the colonization of Georgia and the surrounding area. Wondering through a cemetery is always interesting as well. Lunch at the Driftaway Cafe was AWESOME....just the best day yet in Savannah! Highly recommend this tour.

We took the open air tour today and it was AMAZING. Our driver/guide, Ben, knows everything about Savannah and it's history and he's funny as hell! He had us rolling. It was a great time and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough rundown of Savannah's "must sees".

We did the tour, the first in '23, and then on the May 31st on '26. Great narration, humor, and local yore. Fun, educational, funny, touristy and campy. But it is wicked good. Pops was a hoot!! Our…read moredriver, Jared, was absolutely wonderful--he has such a great personality and was incredibly engaging throughout the ride. We chose to do the full loop first so we could hear Jared's complete narration before hopping off to explore. It was the perfect decision! He shared fascinating details about Savannah's rich history, along with some lesser-known fun facts that really brought the city to life. The tour sparked our excitement to visit spots we might have overlooked otherwise. The hop-on hop-off format worked brilliantly for us. Buses arrived quickly at each stop--we rarely waited long--and the stops are conveniently located near all the main tourist attractions. It got a bit crowded toward the end of the day (around 5 p.m.), and we occasionally had to wait for the next bus, but overall, it was seamless and stress-free. One small suggestion: I wish the tours ran a little later than 5 p.m. It would be ideal for avoiding parking hassles and enjoying dinner downtown--there are so many delicious restaurants to try! We highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting an easy, informative, and enjoyable way to see Savannah. Thanks to Jared for making it memorable!

What a blast! Danny Moron and Danni Moron, the Moron Twins were a great duo to entertain the group…read more It's nonstop laughter from start to finish as the duo cracked jokes that interlaced with each other in a smooth delivery. They incorporated material from guests on the bus and peppered laughs throughout the tour. It was irreverent, a little raunchy in just the right way to make you blush. One of the highlights include Danny existing the bus and taking the show to the street with innocent bystanders becoming part of the show, all while narrated inside by Danni. We covered several blocks with Danny running through the streets and squares while we laughed in the air conditioned trolly. A great show, must do when visiting Savannah... and you'll learn a little history too... but much, but just enough.

Our guides, Danny and Dannii, were bursting with high energy and delivered non-stop humor throughout the entire experience. They skillfully wove in fascinating historical facts about Savannah while keeping us laughing the whole way around the city. A quick heads-up: the humor does get a little risqué at times, so it's definitely not for the faint of heart! The highlight (or should I say lowlight for my husband's dignity) was when he received an unforgettable "lap dance"--or more accurately, a face dance. I've never seen his face turn quite that shade of red or heard him laugh so hard. It was priceless. If you're looking for a fun, lighthearted break from the everyday routine with a good dose of levity, we highly recommend this tour. It's a hilarious way to see and learn about Savannah!

While…read morevisiting the area, I parked near their operation in what appeared to be a normal, public spot. There was zero clear signage indicating that parking was prohibited or that vehicles would be towed. No warning signs, no visible notices--nothing that would reasonably alert a driver. Within a very short time, my car was gone. I later learned it had been towed, conveniently and quickly, by a towing company that seems to patrol this area aggressively. The whole situation felt like a setup designed to trap unsuspecting visitors. It's hard not to believe there is some level of coordination when towing happens so fast in an area with no posted restrictions. The towing fees were outrageous, and the process to retrieve my car added insult to injury. What should have been a pleasant Savannah experience turned into a costly and stressful ordeal. Tourists beware: if you're anywhere near Savannah Carriage Tours, be extremely cautious about where you park--even if it looks legitimate. This experience seriously soured my visit, and I would not recommend supporting a business operating in an area where situations like this are allowed to happen.
