I was parked less than two minutes wondering my next move (my tire now flat) when you, Jeff, came outside your shop, walked towards me and said, "I can help you." Even typing those words I can feel all weight lifted from my shoulders. What a gift. Thank you. I said, "How do you know?" and you replied, " You look a bit lost." We chatted, Jeff grabbed a patch kit and he patched that decently sized tire hole. My day was saved. I am grateful for you- the owner- being so observant and breaking from your busy routine to check on a stranger. It has renewed my faith in the kindness of others. Dan was able to find a tech to go and repair my RAM 3500 anyway and I was very appreciative of this. My only complaint was that they were not very forthright with their pricing. They quoted me one thing and charged me more plus a (hidden) "Port to Port" charge that was never mentioned. I understand with a mobile repair company parts and supplies are going to cost more, but a Port to Port charge? Isn't that what the SERVICE CALL CHARGE IS!
