Man I must say BJ and his dad did a great job. I have a 2008 C class and honestly never got a detail or hardly any wax. They took nearly 4 hours to get every part clean up. The swirl and scratches are gone, at least most of the areas, no complaint. Clean up the engine good job and most of all they charge only 175 where all others I inquired are at least 400 and up. These guys were awesome. They had excellent communication via text, so I knew when to expect them. I actually had them do 2 cars. One was a 2006 Charger and I got the Gray's Package (A complete detail). The other car was a 2009 Honda Fit and I just had them do a wash, clay, and wax on that. Both cars came out AMAZING!!! The Charger was somewhat dull, and hadn't shined for over a year. This thing has a mirror finish now. Also, my console/armrest had caked in dirt from 11 years of use that I could never get out, and it looks brand new again. My girlfriend said her Fit hasn't looked this good since she bought it. These guys spent almost 5 hours here, so they do not just rush and take your money, you can tell they care about the quality of their work. I was originally really excited to get Gray's mobile detailing based on the other reviews. However I messaged these guys on three different occasions and even gave them a phone call. Despite all this I didn't even get a courtesy response. I am really disappointed with the level of service that these guys provide. Based on this experience alone I wouldn't trust them with my car. They don't even get back to you with a quote and I can't trust them to even schedule an appointment. Gray's came to detail all 3 of my cars yesterday. He promptly showed up when promised at 730 am and worked until all 3 cars were finished which was late. My first car hasn't been washed much since it's been bought, so the dust and dirt was caked on and the inside had sand, dirt, hair etc from the years. The car basically looks brand new again. Second car had water spots from the sprinklers after he was done all I see is the sparkles and reflections. And my third car is newer but nowadays the dealer delivery prep lacks the detail you would expect, thanks to Grays all my cars have a shine. I would not hesitate to use them again especially for the convenience of not needing to wait at the car wash and the customer focus he provides. read more

Great experience! I was a little upset at first that he needed to reschedule our appointment and almost canceled our second one too. I decided I would look elsewhere but he ended up coming after all. I am SO glad I stuck with him!! His work was excellent. He was EXTREMELY friendly. He even washed the outside of the car for free. The cost was more than fair, and add to it that he's mobile, it's a guaranteed win. This is my new go-to guy for detailing mine and my wife's car, without a doubt. Love, love, love the work he did on my car. I had my poor car for only 2 years and I put it through some things with me being on the go alot. I started feeling embarrassed anytime someone would get in my car, because I was always moving junk from the front seat to the backseat, and from the backseat to my trunk, the same stupid neverending cycle. Our Grandaughters car had a stale smoke smell lingering since she bought it as a used vehicle. She tried EVERYTHING to get that smell,out. When I contacted Grays and noted a special need to have the headliner, visors, and anything fabric deep cleaned, they agreed to make it a priority . They arrived as scheduled and spent close to 3 hours on this small Honda Civic.
