The guys showed up on time and started to work. The guys did a good job, especially on the interior and the engine compartment. When they were finished, the truck look shiny and clean all over. However, the bed liner looked splotchy and the surfaces did not feel smooth enough. I had specifically asked for a ''wax job as smooth as glass''. read more

BJ and Benny did an amazing job on my 3 year old Camaro today. It looks brand new. I just want to leave it in the garage so it always stays perfect. There were some bad marks on the inside door I wanted to get rid of. They are gone. It smells awesome. The rag top came out great. Seats carpet, dash and of course the outside are beautiful, even the motor. I highly Recomended them and I will be calling them back. They were very affordable. The guys were scheduled to arrive at 8am and showed up late - HOWEVER - they DID call to let us know they were running behind - which we really respect and appreciate. I considered leaving a 4 star review because of it, but the rest of their service was so great, I don't even care. Showed up, introduced themselves, and made me feel totally comfortable. Really approachable and down to earth guys. A father-son team if I'm not mistaken. They took before/after/update shots for me and texted them over, which was fun to see happening, and since we took it down the street to a larger parking lot (our apartment lot is pretty packed) so they had better space to work safely, it was reassuring. A nice touch on their part :) Despite showing up a little late, they still managed to get done in their estimated time frame, which was awesome. My car looks beautiful, and honestly, I don't think it even looked this good when I took it home from the dealership, seriously. Even the stains in the passenger seat from when I first bought it and was told this was the best they could do to get them out - these guys managed to clean out for me! I wish I had thought to take a bunch of before and after pics for you to see. Oh, and did I mention they made time for us on extremely short notice??? I tried to be a repeat customer but since the son took over, they are not responsive. If you don't have a $200+ detail job for them to complete they are not interested in your business. I set up a time to get my car washed and vacuumed and they didn't come at scheduled time. When I called to see what was happening they said they "had gotten busy." I tried to reschedule with them that day and and they said they were too busy. When I asked about later in the week he said he would call me to reschedule and I never heard back from them. The only reason I'm not giving this one star is because I don't want this to reflect badly on the dad, who was always very helpful before. read more

Looking at all the other one star reviews, and I am in disbelief that a business owner would reply back the way they do. I tried to schedule an appointment a while back, and he made up the biggest excuse ever after told him his response led me to leave this post. He begged me to not leave this review, and kept flooding my inbox with texts and phone calls, but he literally wasted my time by promising me, and leading me on through texts that he would detail my car. Great experience! I have 4 german shepherds so their hair is everywhere. My car looked brand new again when they were done, hardly any hair at all (which if you own a dog you know how incredible that is). One of my dogs tracked mud + vomited in my car also and they were able to get both of those types of spots out. They even worked in the rain to meet my schedule demands. BJ is beyond amazing! He worked on my car show that I'm very picky about. I got the full detail package with interior, exterior, and engine cleaning. He was able to accommodate to my busy schedule which is a major plus. I truly appreciate him for that. The interior of my car looks almost new now as he was able to get an old oatmeal stain out. The engine and exterior are nice shiny as expected. He valued my opinion and offered both shiny and matte finishes to the look of the car. 10/10 recommended and will use his service again. read more
