The shop always looks busy and full and the owner, Guillermo, is always running around like a madman working on vehicles, making calls, negotiating, dealing with customers. He can easily be misunderstood for rude due to his voice and demeanor but in all actuality this man is a hard worker, honest and dependable. From my conversations with him through the years I know they take on a lot of big jobs but they do not neglect or reject customers regardless of how small the job is. For those of us that know the shop and the people, we understand that if you want an oil change, for example, leave your car as soon as it opens and that's that. Bigger jobs have required me to leave my car but I rather leave it and trust that they'll do it RIGHT. Like the shop sign says, "We guarantee fast service no matter how long it takes".

AAA could not take care of us but they referred us to these fine people in El Centro. We were desperate and they could have taken advantage of us. But they didn't. Their employee changed out the blown tire with one of our spares, put air in the other tires telling us the correct air pressure and charged $30!!!!
