Went in to repair an issue with the drivers side tire. It was vibrating and I could feel something…read morewas wrong. Paid to have a lot of work done but the issue with the tire remained the same. No doubt that work they found needed to be done, but the guy said the tire is still an issue when he handed me the keys. I noticed that every time I break now the steering wheel starts to shake back and forth on its own which didn't happen until after the repairs. Kind of scratching my head thinking did I pay for every problem except the one that I wanted to fix and did I inherit a new problem as a result? It's a good shop and they do excellent work but it's the first time I've walked out feeling like something isn't right.

After arriving to my sons house where i had paid to have towed to First car battery dead Brand NEW BATTERY so open hood to jump battery and realized the air filter fuel rail spark plugs coils were all taken out and left laying on motor under hood then found box of hardware hidden behind crap in back of car. Where as i repaired all parts taken out and not replaced there was 1 NUT from 1 coil and 1 BOLT from fuel missing being a mechanic i do understand this is an intentionally done to say FU to the customer. After replacing all parts go to start battery still dead did not take a charge so i charged his old battery and replaced the new battery they installed and car started right up ran and drove does need tune up but motor was fine no issues Yet had both these repairs shops say motor was no good Junk it.....As a mechanic who understand how things work. BEWARE OF CROOKS who were paid over $1,000 for repairs that were not needed the motor taken apart yet just replace a battery that was NO GOOD..who looked to ROB/STEAL a student at LYNN from NY... Upon taking my 200k miles car in for a wash, I realized that this family owned and operated gas station was more than met the eye. First, my car was atrocious inside. I mean, 200k+ miles of traveling, food, dust, pocket change stuck to the center console from a drink spilt in the hot sun years ago. Bad. I was needing a good thorough cleaning of the interior and these guys did an amazing job. Even saying "I did the best I could to get that soda grime out of the center console." And earlier asking "You are sure you don't want us to clean the leather seats in the back?" I mean, above and beyond what I paid for. Went back today because I needed a wash for my new Car, and trusted these guys would do an excellent job. While paying for food I over heard the clerk say "we try to keep it pretty clean here." And I looked around and though "D*mn they do!" Sitting outside waiting for my car, and I notice an attendant CLEANING THE FREAKING GAS PUMP! This place is an example of the American Dream in action. I have no idea who instructed the employees to spray cleaner, dressing, or any other solution on…read morethe brake pedal, but whoever made that decision showed an unbelievable lack of common sense. Not only does the pedal squeak nonstop afterward, which is irritating enough, but the far more serious issue is that the brake pedal becomes dangerously slippery. If someone has to brake suddenly, their foot could slide off the pedal and cause a serious--or potentially fatal--accident. This is not a harmless cleaning mistake. It is a completely unnecessary safety hazard that could get someone injured or killed. Management needs to immediately instruct every employee to stop applying any product whatsoever to brake pedals and make sure this never happens again.

My wheels are still dirty. my car looks like it was never washed or went through a car wash. There's handprints there's bugs still on it. I could've went to a different car wash and probably had the bugs taken off in my wheels actually looked decent for less than $18 anyways I went across the street to go get car washed up why because my car is not clean I want my car clean the whole purpose of me going through a car wash was so I didn't have to do it so I'm highly upset and I will not recommend this car wash to anybody unless you want to pay $30 and hope and pray that it actually cleans your car for the money.
