They do quality work and finish the job quickly with an external car wash. They not only finished the service requested but checked other components to ensure they are working. While they do a little extra and provide great service, they do charge $200/hour for service, which is more expensive than the dealer for my car. So impressed with this garage. Took my car in to have a leak repaired. Everything was done properly and in a timely manner and I was advised what the car would need in the future. What really impressed me though, was my car was returned to me in show room condition! Cleaned, throughly inside and out! I felt like I was driving a new car. Andrew, the owner, could not have been more helpful and I am happy to have found a local repair shop that can work on European cars. I took another car to Braman a couple of weeks ago, it was returned to me dirty with all the protective plastic covers the driver had been using just dumped in the passenger seat. I never went for so long even though I passed by. I went to Tires Plus for as long as I can remember​. It was always too busy and had to wait for hours there at TP. Not here at New Age. It is a family owned shop that has been here for many years. I am in and out every time​ unless it is a big job. If it is a big job Then I leave the car and the owner Andrew sets me up with a rental service around the corner. They come to​ get you. It was $25 a day for a rental. This shop takes its​ time explaining every little detail to me about my car. The waiting area is nice and cool in the office. No matter what the problem Andrew will figure it out and it will be at a lower cost than​ the chain shops. read more

I was so very pleased that I found New Age Automotive. My oil light came on in my car. The next day I was out running errands. Someone referred me to New Age Automotive. That in itself is a very good sign. Word of mouth is a sure bet. They have also been at the same location for many, many years. The last time I had my oil changed at one of those national chains, it did not cost me just $29.99. I drove off with a $169.00 receipt. They found this & that wrong, etc. as usual. I stopped in New Age Automotive and was greeted so warmly. The owner personally assisted me and gave me the total cost up front. I asked if I had to make an appointment. He said they could service my car on the spot. I got to wait in a very comfortable, clean & professional reception area. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful in advice regarding my car. To my surprise they also washed my car inside and out ! It came with the oil change! It was more like a professional detail! They even cleaned out leaves & debris underneath my hood! What service! Bad experience with Andrew the owner! Air conditioner in my Honda blowing warm air, called Andrew and he told me I will fixed for 150 dollars. Went there and after he finished the job he said cost your 250. I said ok no problem, he gave me the statement showing what he did to my car not showing if he put dye in the system to see where the leaks are. I asked him he put the dye and he said YES. After a month the car started to blow warm air again,called him to see from where the leaks are. He lifted up the hood and he said that by my smell is the condenser leaking without looking with uv light and special glasses. In that moment I realized that he is laying about putting dye in the system. Went right away to Honda dealer and they confirmed me that is not a dye in the system. So a have to pay Honda another 250 to start everything in the right way. They find out that evaporator is leaking not the condenser Andrew told me by smell test. Now my air conditioning is working perfect. I will never go to New Age Automotive! People be aware of this place! read more

They knew I could not get a ride so they got my car fixed that day as fast as possible. Even went the extra mile to try to get the latch I needed there faster so I didnt have to wait all day (which i still did but he was trying). Which did save some time. Be careful though I picked up three nails off the ground in the parking spaces on the belvedere side. I found that to be weird. But they do wash your car for you included with your service. I had a problem overheating when accelerating up the on ramp. They said I had low oil and after the oil change they said they test drove it and it was fine. Yesterday I got on the highway for thw first time since and it is still doing it so I guess I will have to take it someplace else. Update... I fixed it myself, im surprised they did not figure it out since I just needed an air filter. read more

I should have known better than to trust an auto repair guy wearing a gold rolex in the shop! This place is a total rip off... I took my car in for a break job (no rotors needed), oil change and 60k mile service. After the car being in the shop for 5 hours, they call me with the estimate of $1,680 + tax. Unbelievable. Within 10 minutes, I already found another shop nearby to do the same work for around $500. At first they insisted that I still pay a $50 "inspection" charge, which they ended up waiving, thankfully. read more

These guys are amazing! After years of taking abuse and being overcharged by my dealership, I decided to try an independent near my house for a simple oil change and I've never looked back. Peter and Andrew are really super nice guys, straight and to the point, and have always given me options as far as how much or how little work needs done on my aging car. I would just like to start by saying that, no matter how good or bad the service has been, I have never taken my time to write a review about a business. That ends today. I went to New Age because I had a flat tire and needed to pull over quick, and also happened to need an oil change. I was told that the oil change would be $115 (synthetic oil on a VW - pretty pricey, considering it traditionally costs $70-$80 elsewhere) and they could get to it in about an hour. I ate lunch then came back - when I arrived, I then assumingly asked that while they had it up on their lift to do the oil change, that they could just throw the spare on for me too.....right? He then told me that was going to cost me an additional $15. Now like I said in the beginning, I have never taken the time out of my day to write a review for any company, and it's not like I can't afford what they were trying to charge me...but what happened next was just so blatantly rude, that I feel people should know who they are giving (for much higher than usual prices) their money to before they do so. I said to the owner "If I am already paying $115 for an oil change, can't you just throw the spare on for me included in that price as well?" He looked at me and, in all seriousness, said "HOLD ON - LET ME ASK MY GUYS IF THEY WANT TO WORK FOR FREE" and opened the window and yelled that phrase out to his workers. The other customer in the office looked at me with just as much disgust as I had on my face. He then also made an off comment regarding the items in the trunk and made it seem as though it would be the most difficult thing in the world to move one bag of golf clubs and a printer. I immediately decided that this was someone I would not willingly give my money to. I got back in the car, and rode a *completely* flat tire down the road to Ben's Auto Repair on Southern and Dixie where they gave me a synthetic oil change for $75 AND offered to change the spare for me at no additional cost. Due to their generosity, I asked them if they had any new tires I could just buy there on the spot from them, as I would prefer to give them my business over the horrible place I had just been forced to drive on a flat from, and got the oil changed and a new tire included for about $160 total. TL;DR : The owner, Andrew, is sarcastic, disrespectful, and clearly has no sense of customer service. The prices are exorbitant, with no good reason whatsoever. I don't care if my tires fall off, or my car is on fire, I will literally never bring any car here again and I URGE you to avoid this place at all costs as well. read more
