Beware!!! Stay away if you actually want the furniture you buy! I would give them no stars if I could! This company pretends to offer great merchandise and service but they lack customer service! I ordered 6 chairs from them a month ago. Their ordering info stated the chairs would leave the warehouse 9 days after I placed the order with shipping at an additional 2 weeks! Not true! First of all they don't have things in their warehouse so they had to get it directly from the manufacturer then it has now added an additional 2 weeks on top of the "9 days" to get the product. Now we are also waiting an additional week so they say for the chairs to be accepted with their delivery company. After that week I will then possibly be called to schedule a delivery. I have wasted so much time back and forth with Grayson Living /Luxury and their delivery company. They both had different stories on the status on my already late merchandise. Will NEVER buy from them again! Horrible "service" , they were no help whatsoever and the delivery company they use are slow as molasses! So the plot thickens, received a link to schedule delivery finally. But it doesn't work. After spending 15 min on the phone they finally said oh sorry but the truck only delivers once a week and that week it's already full and we don't have any other dates to offer at this time! Are you kidding me!!! So now I wait at least another week to maybe get my items placed on their once a week truck! What a freaking joke!! How does Grayson find this company ok to do business with! One of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. This place is a joke. Zero costumer service. I would think twice before buying anything from them. Take your business elsewhere. Worst buying experience ever. The people working there are clowns. My order was not only late but damaged. They tried to send new pieces and guess what? the new pieces were damaged as well. This is the worst customer service of any company I've dealt with. Spent thousands of dollars on a table. Originally supposed to arrive in 8-10 weeks. After 15-20 attempts to contact the company they finally responded. The table arrived almost 6 months after we ordered it, and it's damaged. The packaging was not damaged, so they sent me a damaged table. Honestly it seems like it's a used table. The top is chipped and scuffed, and two pieces are broken off the top. Surprise, they're once again refusing to respond. Now it will be left to attorneys to decide. If you like fighting with a company to get your furniture, you will love this company. This place has the worst customer service. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, do not waist your time as they do not value customer's time. I went into the store to see some furniture and I noticed they had Hunter Douglas window treatments. I had been looking at their products and was considering them as I have a new house in need of window treatments. The HD specialist wasn't in store so I left my number for her to call me - which was supposed to be the upcoming Monday. She didn't call all week! I call the next weekend to follow up- was told she was "busy" and assured she would call me back. Another week passes and still no call! How rude? This is how they treat customers?! I am a doctor and a mother and I could guarantee you she couldn't be busier than me, and I still managed to find the time to go in to the store and call a couple of times. Needless to say, I will be taking my business somewhere else Update: I received a call back from the store and they were apologetic. Customer service rep explained he had forgotten to relay my message that I was following up on initial request for service-and happened to be off when the rep returned. They seemed sincerely apologetic- and owned their mistake. For that reason alone, they deserve a better rating. I was somewhat nervous about making such a large purchase over the internet, but after reading other reviews I decided to move forward and I am very pleased with my purchase (bedroom furniture from Copeland). Update: the company had a repair person come to fix the doors. Unfortunately, that didn't work. However, when I told them that the repair person couldn't fix it, they quickly offered to replace it. This was an acceptable solution for me. That evening, a friend was able to fix it and I let Grayson Living know we no longer needed the replacement. I figured that would be the end but to my surprise I got a quick reply back letting me know that they were glad to hear that I fixed it and even though they don't need to replace it they credited me $300 back to my credit card because of all the trouble I went through. I'm glad that even with the rocky beginning everyone is happy in the end. I didn't give 5 stars because of the lag in response to my initial concern but I gave 4 stars because I really feel they stepped up and did what was right. Customer service was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the purchase. Bought a $4800 coffee table months ago from Grayson. Paid 25% more than other on-line-retailer offer just so i could get i delivered in early October. Checked with store to make sure it was in stock before i purchased. Was told that it was in stock and could get it to me when i needed it. A few weeks went by and i received an email saying it was back ordered and i would have to wait 6 more weeks. Called store and was told that "it wasn't their fault" as manufacturer ran out of stock. was offered 10% discount and would have it in a few weeks. i received another email saying it was shipped and i should receive it in 12 days or less. My credit card was debited accordingly. After 20 days i still had no notification of delivery. Called store and was told someone would get back to me as they were checking. When I didn't hear anything for 4 days i called back and was told that "they mis-counted inventory and it would now be delivered at years end, 3 months late. The customer service rep couldn't have care less about honoring my order and delivery date. This is not your ordinary furniture store. It's luxury at its finest while getting some of the best service and home-decorators in town. Right when you walk into this store, you can see how elegant each piece is. It's almost like walking into an art museum, you can't help but wonder at each article while wanting to touch everything too! Darren, store manager, was very helpful at explaining each item and answering all my questions. He knew where each piece was from and what it was made of. He also told me that most of the furniture is from Europe and is very unique. You can only find some of the bigger pieces at a handful of places and can rarely find the smaller items anywhere else. And if you see any crystals?...They're all real and from Swarovski!! Their prices are very competitive: they offer the best of the best for great quality while giving you a reasonable price. They travel near and far just to find the best pieces for their customers. They also told me that most of their customers come to them to decorate their entire home! Janet, store owner, is a highly respected decorator that really pulls your home together to give you the look and feel you want your home to have. She's been in this business for more than 15 years! She also has another store called St. Austin on Wilshire. If you're looking for another furniture with great quality but want a more contemporary feel to it, this is the place to go! I purchased on 1/17 and was told my order would ship the week of 2/3 with shipping taking 2 weeks. That means the earliest delivery should be 2/17 and the latest should be on 2/21 according to their time frame. I emailed the week of 2/3 (on 2/4) and did not hear a response so I emailed once again on 2/11. I called and no one answered as well. Finally after my second email on 2/12 I received a response apologizing for the delay and was provided a tracking number. Oh, by the way, the tracking number system does not update or provide any updates in the meantime. I contacted again on 2/18 and 2/20 since it's impossible to get ahold of their team. I was told the system is having "technical difficulties" and they will see what is "holding up [my] order". By this point I am frustrated and give up on a delivery date, and I am in the "it will get here when it gets here" mindset. They have a no return policy after 24 hours, even if your item is late! Finally, my order is scheduled for delivery on 3/4. Almost 2 weeks past what the latest delivery time should have been based on what I was told. Fine, it is what it is at this point. My troubles don't stop there. Then the delivery team will not deliver the furniture up my stairs so I am forced to refuse delivery. I call Grayson Living and am told I will be charged a 35% restocking fee + additional fees if the item is not delivered to me. That is over $1000 for the item I have purchased. For what? For them to deliver late and then refuse to deliver into my home? Awful business practice, lack of customer service, and blatant lies. I will never purchase from Grayson Living again. read more

Bought a couple of expensive chairs off the floor. When a family member looked they appeared to be in good condition. Before we received the chairs we asked our sales clerk to inspect further for scrathes or defects since we were purchasing out of town and to look one last time. She agreed and said they would touch up any scratches or note a defect. Fast forward the chairs arrived with scratches all over the arm areas, and when we asked why weren't the chairs touched up, she said the chair was discounted and on the floor furniture is as is. She never addressed why they weren't touched up, also the arm rest had separate pieces of wood that were pieced together. We didn't notice till it arrived, but I am sure the store knew. Buyer beware as they refuse to do anything to make you happy. They take your money and have no customer service. I would advise you not to shop here as they will not stand behind your purchase. By the way the costs of 2 chairs that they call heavily discounted where 2600.00. Not worth anything the way they arrived. read more
