First time trying this place. The staff was okay. Food was terrible. First the chicken was almost inedible. It was chewy and had no flavor. The best flavor was in the bun. For a hot chicken it was extremely bland. Then there was the steak sandwich. No onions advertised and also lacking any flavor. Lastly the fries tasted okay, but the odd taste they had probably from the oil used. Overall the food was terrible. Don't think I will go back for the food again. read more

I have to say, they can make a darn good burger. I saw a lot of poor reviews so was skeptical but my son and I both loved our burger. Being connected to 14th Brewing surely does not hurt this as a location as well. Grazers also has awesome milkshakes so it's a great stop for people Of all ages. read more

Ok so my Husband and I decided to try Grazers. Neither one of us felt like cooking and it had been a while since we've actually had a date night. I had a family relative that used to work at Grazers... And doesn't anymore.... And they love to talk all of the smack about this place... And weirdly forbid anybody from going... I never listen... #thuglyfe. They tried to talk crap about the staff and everything.... Try talking about how crappy the food was... Everything. But me being the rebel that I am decided that I wanted to do this with my wonderful Husband. It needs to be noted that I was not dressed for going out... I was literally in sweatpants and some ratty T-shirt. Behold world here's your beauty Queen. I couldn't be bothered to do anything productive on this day. I wanted to have, but I did not want to sit in any restaurant or be out in public, period. And I did not feel like paying for Uber eats or DoorDash. So it was me and the sweats against the world on an adventure to get some hopefully delicious takeout for something that was hearty and filling. And so was my Husband.... Who had the AUDACITY to not even leave the house! I'm looking RIGHT AT YOU BABE.... So anyways I get there and it's packed, I thought it would be chaotic inside... and I just didn't wanna people! But, when I got in there, maybe ten people. And it was a flippin WIDE open space with simple chairs and tables, a stage, a bar, and a hard floor... kinda chilled air.... Which I assume would make people eat more to warm up. Music playing.... So anyways the stage, they have live music, maybe comedy shows? I dunno what else.... Oh oh oh! I thought this would be a good place for trivia night. So I asked if they do trivia night. Spoiler alert, they do... Tuesday nights! You won't see me there... I've never done a trivia night... But if that's the kind of thing you're looking for. You will have fun doing it here. I was wondering why it was packed outside and not inside but I think that them and Planet Fitness does swing shifts on crazy occupancy. Now let me get in on the staff... I don't know who they think they are being wonderfully optimistic and personable, but these people clearly enjoy their jobs... And clearly enjoy making the food. In this pessimistic, cynical world that's not gonna fly. So if you're looking for a positive atmosphere, where people are chill and talking to each other like actual human beings... Look here... But if you're looking for a place that makes you wonder if you had wrong them at some point... This might not be the place for you. Laughing/talking/general joyfulness, it's almost TOO MUCH TO BARE! so anyways, he got the Vermont Cheese Steak with the toss greens on the side with ranch... he also wanted that chicken sandwich too... the Grazers Hot Honey.... Which turns out you cannot just order the sandwich... So he decided he was going to go all out and get the sweet potato fries with the honey mustard... Now let me tell you I tried the bite of the chicken sandwich and had some sweet potato fries with the honey mustard... Mind you that chicken sandwich was hot and sweet and salty... It hit all the right notes. Took honey mustard and just make some honey with whatever mustard seem to be laying around. Hubby Bubby jazzed it up with some hot mustard from the sauce drawer.... (Omfgggg) I think the Vermont Cheese Steak was good... I didn't see him even take a bite, it just transported to his stomach.... So I think he likes it.... It did smell delicious. I had THOUGHT I was ordering the Farm Burger (mmmm over easy egg) with fries... BUT!!! And this is a big but here. I accidentally ordered the BARN Burger.... What's the difference? (one flippin letter....) Well I'm so glad you asked. Delicious egg over easy on top, versus jalapeños and pickled onion jam packed in there...with the effing seeds! Oh sweet Jesus. I'm not a baby, baby. But I was miffed. I had to look at the menu to see if it was my fault or THEIRS. I was ready to internalize my Karen and be polite outwardly... But I realize that for the third time in my entire life, I had been wrong with something. So along with my pride and ego and empty stomach... I decided to just stuff myself and shut up. let me tell you this was a happy accident... Pickled onions and the jalapeños were an awesome add on to a very deliciously medium cooked burger. The fries I shared them with my pups... nobody judge. I are ALL of it and didn't feel gross after. And Baes food wasn't making his sick either.... mind you some restaurants food sits in your stomach like a brick.... this didnt. Would I order from here again? hellllls to the yes. would I dine in? Totally, when I'm not feeling like the most anti-social human on the planet. I want to see these shows. I want to see this place when it's crazy busy.... 9/10 would recommend! read more

Tried this place for the first time and everything was excellent. Best burgers we have found since moving out here! We ordered online and got two of the Green Mountain Burgers, both with different special instructions and everything was made perfectly. Ordering online was easy and I quickly got a call letting me know when the order was ready, picking up was also a breeze! read more

The head chef is awesome. Very friendly and creative. On a whim, we asked if they could make Buffalo chicken poutine instead of the BBQ. They made it and it was delicious! Now when we see the chef, he asks us if we are feeling adventurous again. Burgers are great too! read more

I've eaten at their Williston location and always been happy with it. This place was very different. The kid at the front counter couldn't have been more unenthusiastic and unhelpful if he tried. The outside of our burgers was so overdone they were crunchy. This was especially problematic for my husband who didn't get a bun. The cheap plastic fork he was given couldn't get through the overcooked patty. When we left there was an adult at the counter who actually had some manners and customer service skills, so maybe what we experienced was an exception, but that doesn't explain the poorly cooked food. read more

I ordered 3 meals and one appetizer tonight for take out and when we got home we found that my sons meal did not have his cheeseburger in it, it was just a box full of fries. I called the number (that was similar to a cell number) and it went to voice mail. I called a few more times and eventually the phone/number was shut off. I continued to call with no luck. I left a voicemail as well. I'll be calling tomorrow for a full refund. read more

Went to Grazers on a fairly uneventful evening. Drink order at 14th went fine, but it was downhill from there. Four top included: two burgers and two chicken sandwiches. My burger came out as requested but my salad was essentially some mixed greens and blue cheese dressing, nothing more. My husbands French fries were completely cold, but the burger seemed ok. Our friend didn't get her chicken sandwich until we asked the wait staff for it. They'd forgotten her meal, it appeared. She received it about 10 minutes later again with cold regular fries when she had originally up-charged for sweet potato. The woman running orders and register didn't seem entirely interested in assisting or in making the situation right. Moreover, the aforementioned tardy grilled chicken sandwich was downright rubbery and inedible. Her fiancés sandwich was moderately better, but he wasn't super pleased with his meal either. We eventually got two orders of fresh hot fries but it was quite a bit later, so we took them to go. I understand that Grazers of 05478 is working out in a new space, but the unappetizing dinner coupled with the apathetic waitstaff will keep us from returning for a while. read more

Went here on an invitation to a family birthday party. The live band was so loud you could not carry on a conversation, especially with everyone in the crowded bar area trying to shout at each other. Ordering food was a nightmare!! Took about 5 minutes to get the attention of the order desk staff who was apparently helping in the kitchen.Ordered 4 appetizers for my table, and dinner of burger with fries for my dinner. Got a text about 15 minutes later (how they apprise you your order is ready), went to the counter to get it. Found my burger with fries, no appetizers. After another 2 or 3 minutes of waiting, the same woman who took my order came out of the kitchen. I told her I appreciated that they had made my dinner order, but wondered where the appetizers I had ordered first were. She said "they're coming." So they were, after another 5 minutes of waiting. So now it's been almost a half hour from the time I ordered until I received my stuff. And an equally long wait for the others in my group to get their meals. And to top it off a male (Heavyset with dark hair and slight beard) came out of the kitchen area awhile later, munching on something, while handling and placing customer food orders on the counter for pickup. REALLY??!!?? Do I want come guy handling food I am going to eat while he's munching, didn't wash his hands, and leaned over the food baskets while munching away. SICK!!! And for this they charge EXTREMELY HIGH prices!!! A completely unpleasant experience that certainly will NOT be repeated, nor recommended. Having been to 14th Star before I must say this instance has ruined any chance of enjoying the venue again. read more

Great addition to 14th Star Brewery! Food is delicious. People need to understand that this is not a traditional sit down restaurant, it is located inside the taproom of 14th Star Brewery. There will not be a waitress who will take your order and bring you your food. You order, pay, pick up at counter when it's done (notified by text). Who cares if there is no waitress, the food is great! I've yet to be dissatisfied. The Farm Burger is so good and the Jalapeño popper Rangoon is to die for. Paired with a great 14th Star beer you can't go wrong. This is a great addition to St Albans downtown. read more

Almost 1/2 hour longer for take out than we were told on the phone. Then the food was stone cold. And most of it was obviously previously frozen from Sysco or something. In other words terrible food and terrible service. Don't bother going here unless you like bad food. read more
