Came here today for two state inspections and the process was so easy! Online bookings fill up almost two weeks in advance, so I called and they were able to schedule me only two days later instead of me having two wait the full two weeks. Employees were very friendly! Was in a bind on my last day off prior to next one being 10 days out. Did not realize my emissions test I had done in November from another shop only lasted 60 days. Showed up to DMV to renew license plate and they informed me I needed another one done. Called LTS to see if it would be possible to get A same day emissions test performed and they got me in within 20 minutes. Incredible service, sitting here in the lobby listening to the praise and worship they have playing on their radio and feeling very thankful. read more

Took the car in for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Unfortunately, they couldn't do the emissions because the battery had just been replaced two days before and all the data was wiped. They completed the oil change and let us know we didn't need to rotate our tires yet that they were too new and that would be needed at the next oil change. They explained to us how to get the mileage we needed on the car so they could do emissions. Didn't need a follow up appointment, pulled in this morning. They completed the emissions and I was out of there in 10 minutes. This place is crazy busy but I had no problem getting an appointment and getting taken care of. I'm so impressed that they were so honest and upfront about the tire rotation. They could've easily done that and just charged us even though it wasn't necessary. Definitely will be back to this place anytime the car needs anything. Was able to schedule the appointment online, which is so convenient! And, really nice friendly people! read more

My car had extensive damage due to a slew of mice. My AC and heat were both non-functioning and there were other issues too. My car was taken in in a very timely manner and fixed in what I felt was also a timely manner. I returned with a non-related issue shortly after and the owner Curt was amazing. He got my car in and helped with a rental. 10/10 would return for car issues and recommend to others. Great business. read more

I could not say enough good things about this place and the staff! When I moved to the area, I got an oil change flyer in the mail, so I went in because it's 3 blocks from my house. The owner, Curt, is really kind, helpful, and upbeat. My car was super old and in the past six months, I ended up at LTS every couple of weeks for this or that. Curt never looked for ways to overcharge me, and in fact frequently gave me breaks on things (I think he felt bad for me cuz Missouri teacher pay is so terrible LOL). Now, my Dad is an ex-Marine, Vietnam War veteran who also happens to know a lot about cars and be an ASE certified mechanic. He's a fantastic individual but also a realist (okay, a cynic). I would always tell him how great Curt and Clayton and LTS are, and his response was always the same: "Hon, I used to work for a lot of body shops and dealerships. The guys who run those places are in it to make money and they will do very unethical things to get it. It used to make my blood boil seeing how they lied to customers. Trust me, this guy is making money off you somehow. And furthermore, your car is fine, it's still got a lot of life left. It's a Honda." Fast forward...my check engine light came on for the third time in short order, it was the last straw. I dropped it off with Curt. Unbeknownst to me, my dad went in to "check on" the situation. He then called me. "Well, I went in to see this Curt fellow," my dad said gruffly. "And what did you think? Do you agree with his synopsis of what is wrong with my car?" Dad: "Hrmph...oh yes. He's spot on. I'm going to have the boys take their car into him. He says he doesn't even charge people if he can't figure out what's wrong with their car!" This exchange should indicate to you that LTS is legit :-) On a related note: I did decide after 220,000 miles to buy a new car. Not only did Curt spend about two hours helping me research cars, he then examined my new car for me to put my mind at ease. That's value-added, people! read more

What I enjoyed about this place is the honesty and integrity. As a female Mechanic from out of town, I brought my brother's car here for some AC work. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They did exactly as I asked without questioning my request. Very few places have I ever gone to (including our home dealership) where I wasn't treated like a woman who didn't know what she's talking about. We were hauling a camper when our 97 GMC Jimmy started smoking and clicking so we stopped at the next gas station. We saw two other campers parked there waiting. One guy pointed at the gas station and said the other guy (his brother in law) inside was a mechanic. He came out of the gas station looked under our hood, found the short in the wiring, proceeded to wrap all the wires with electrical tape, and the zip tied them into place so this incident wouldn't ruin our 4th of July trip. It was really a godsend that he was there because our camper wiring was starting to melt and we would have had to figure out a way to get back home and what to do with the camper. He wouldn't even let us buy them anything as a thank you. So Brian thank you! We will certainly use you guys in the future. LTS you hired an amazing person. read more

I had a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced and found this service center during an internet search. The reviews looked pretty good but I was still nervous about working with them for the first time. From the first phone call to picking up my car after being serviced, nothing but the highest level of professionalism and courtesy was demonstrated. I had contact with several of their advisers as well as the owner and all of them were extremely helpful and friendly. I barely had time to drop off my car before they were calling me to say the windshield was finished and I could come pick up my car. All I can say is WOW! My windshield looks exactly like the factory one and I've had no issues with it so far. I HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone wanting top quality service done with a friendly smile! I have the honor to write this magnificent review for what I describe a traditional customer service experience in every aspect, long gone from a true relationship between customer and service staff. I first came across this company when I was searching for a automotive company while serving overseas in Afghanistan Kabul. This was not my first choice and actually I didn't choose them at all as the business was located close to were I had already been a victim of poor customer service and a waste of my time from a shop within 17 miles from this shop. I finally started to separate all automotive shops by looking at the reviews and then actually calling them to speak to service managers and how they would respond to all of my inquiries concerning my trusted needs, and my family interaction with the staff if I had to be absent for any reason, not to be taken advantage of and talk down too. I finally decided to call LTS Automotive and give them a try after being exhausted with all of my previous attempts. I called and the phone rung twice a nice voice answer " thank you for calling LTS Automotive how can I help you". OK so far I introduced myself and proceeded to explain all of my automotive concerns with vigor and the rush to satisfaction to someone, anyone to get the job done correctly with a certain professionalism not found only in the old days of news clippings. I was answered with concern and with that said, Curt Listen to all of my problems reassuring me that they could correct and repair it all, when can you bring it in Mr. Smith he replied. Wow!! I explained I was still overseas and when I would arrive back in the states he said no problem I will contact you when you are closer to your appointment to confirm, but if anything changes its ok, just call us to reschedule. I finally arrived and as Curt had mentioned it wasn't a problem as I did have to change my appointment and it was taken in within a reasonable time. I explained to confirm the issues I had with my vehicle and had a Enterprise rental car arranged by Curt to pick us up. We were happy of the contact with the service manager so far now lets see how they perform on the work being done, right? The next day the vehicle was almost ready and Curt called me with an update to the repairs and permission to complete other items before working any further which I appreciate this. Yes this is how you build trust between the shop and customers. When it was time to pick up my vehicle it was a pleasant experience as well. I was greeted with a smile and kindness and he took me into the shop to show me all the work that was completed and took pictures for my records. I left happy and confident of all repairs and the possibility of returning if need be without a problem. I soon saw a leak and said to myself "oh no" please not this again, so I called in and made a appointment to bring it in the next morning as they received my vehicle first and explained that they would look all of their work over to make sure it was done correctly and apologized without hesitation. I must say I felt good and comfortable of his giving me his word. After waiting approximately 1.5 while waiting for my vehicle sitting in his lobby, I was called to follow him into the shop. Curt showed me what they did to make sure all worked completed was in good standing. They even went the extra mile by cleaning parts underneath my car that they didn't have to do such as my skid plate taken completely off and degreased it along with spraying degreaser over other parts and spraying it all down and dried with air. They let it run for approximately 35 min to make sure no leaks could be detected. I was certain and satisfied this was not their work causing the issue. I left their without being charge a penny, but again a big thank you for being their customer. Now you ask then what was the problem? Unfortunately it was another shop that I went to for an oil change before I met Curt and LTS Automotive, the other shop didn't put the correct oil filter on and when the vehicle was being driven the pressure was at its highest it was leaking oil around the incorrect filter that was put on, this made a bad seal. LTS corrected this problem of course I paid them for the work with a smile. Curt, I want to thank you and your entire staff they all performed just as you the service manager has shown by example. I since have given out at least 6 business cards and will have all my family and friends use your service as I have. The only complaint if this is one, you need a bigger shop the word of mouth of your outstanding service is getting around and your parking is suffering, now that's a good problem to have, yea.
