I highly recommend this place! I came here with my ac not working at all, I tried charging the refrigerant, and nothing. I was greatly suffering with the extreme heat, sweating gallons every time I drove the car. I was severely distressed. Truly, it was dire. They got me in right away, the day after I called. They found out what was wrong, gave me a simple rundown of the cost, explained exactly what was wrong, what the best solution was, and got it done by the next day. So my car started doing some crazy jolting when I drove it on April Fools Day so of course my comical self literally said out loud, "you've got to be kidding me!" I had never gotten my 100k tune-up, my car survived an accident of sorts and with the pandemic last year, it was rarely driven. The TPMS light came on last March shortly before the world shut down but I ignored it until my oil change at a Jiffy Lube in May 2020. They completed an oil change and advised me to go see the dealership about my TPMS light because they didn't have the computers to diagnose the light. I refused to go that route from past bad experiences with the dealership so I decided to wait out the problem. The light would stay on but my car did not drive any differently until April 1, 2021. So after I made it safely back home, I called up Dallas at Everything Automotive to see about getting my car in for diagnosis and repair. Despite it leading up into Easter weekend and he advising that my car may not get looked into Monday, his colleague Byron was able to look at my car Friday, diagnose and repair it after I had it towed to them that morning. I ended up needing a tune up, oil change, spark plugs, ignition coil and rear tire sensor replacement. Bryon thoroughly explained these needed repairs, the breakdown cost of each item and the total cost including tax by phone. Ever since my repairs, my car has brunning very smoothly and because of Byron's full explanation of everything, I'm also now prepared to encounter the next repair that may happen (possibly the replacement of the other tire sensors since they were all installed at the same time initally). So I have been using this shop for years. I recently I had $1700 worth of work done on the car which needed to be done mind you but when they installed the engine plate cover back on my vehicle they installed it wrong. As a result of this I was driving down the highway and my throttle cable got caught on the underside of that engine cover and I was unable to slow my car. I was going 110 miles an hour down the highway luckily I was able to think fast and power off the car. I have since spent about $4000 trying to fix all the damage that they have caused none of which would be an issue if they had just installed that engine plate properly! If you value your vehicle and its current running condition, take it somewhere else because now I am without a vehicle! Any attempt to communicate these issues with the shop have been ignored! Because I was not injured in this accident no lawyer will take this, so please learn from my mistake and do not use this company! read more

I have been taking my car here for a while now. They've saved me a lot of time and money by quickly diagnosing and determining solution for a variety of issues. An example is my cruise control stopped working. They hooked up to computer and looked up the error code. Apparently center brake light being out causes the cruise control to stop working on my car. A dishonest or uninformed mechanic could have cost me a lot of time and money for what just needed a new brake light bulb. took my truck in for a power steering leak, they charged me $175 drove it 10 mile and was out of power steering fluid again took it back they had it for two days drove it less than 50 miles and it was empty already. took it back one more time now they want $1400 to fix it. this would not the kind of neighborhood place i will do business with anymore and i have been taking my cars there since Dallas opened it, but he isn't there anymore and neither am i. richard g read more
